Awe our lil Forward is all grown up and learning to program!I'm taking Calc this semester. I'm also taking my first programming class, we're using Basic lol.
That's actually what I had in mind, but I wasn't sure enough to say it.fizzixed.
Tai-kun, Tai-kun!
Why aren't I on your tier list?
Tai: Because you're barely even in the show and you don't do anything.
Nyoro~n...
johnsI'm about to leave for school
yepjohns
I'll entertain you then.
todays joke/quote of the day:
Ambrose Bierce:
Acquaintance, n.: A person whom we know well enough to borrow from, but not well enough to lend to.
Now I get a new site to use hahaha.Just remember, twins. You can stick your finger in my nose, but you'll never break my poker face.
Also that quote is pretty great. Have you ever used boogle.com? It's the google engine but with random quotes displayed along with it.

YeahHey Az is it true that WoW stole tony back?
Sure, yea. You can just use the r^2 value. R is called the "Coefficient of Correlation" and R^2 is called the "Coefficient of Determination". Their meanings are similar, but have nuanced differences. They both have to do with how well your regression models the distribution given. So, Dan:
I have to find the linear, cubic, and quadratic regressions for a scatter plot and determine which one fits best. However, for the cubic and quadratic regressions only give me R^2, while the linear regression gives me R and R^2. How do I pick? Do I just compare all the R^2 values?
for some reason i'm thinking thats 50 cent, i'm probably wrong tho...I heard this on a song just now and I like it.

Calculus AB Standard Level (IB/AP)I looked up the term for r^2, I didn't remember that. But the rest, yea. It's been a while since I've had a stats class, though. Computer Science doesn't use it as much as other branches of science / engineering. Some details I'm hazy on with stats stuff.
But that reminds me, what class are you doing this for, Tai? Seems pretty high up there, which is cool.
Yeah, I was in Algebra 2 last year, but I skipped Pre-calc, so I'm in Calc AB now.Depending on what school you go to, you can probably test out of Calc.
I think that ASU lets you test out of almost any math class. You don't necessarily have to have the dual enrolment or take the college course. But it all depends, so I'd suggest looking it up.
Also, wow, sounds like the class names sure have changed since I was in high school. For me there was Calculus, and AP Calculus. None of the AB, BC, or HL nonsense.Though I suspect it's the same thing with the names swapped around.
Are you taking Calculus (not Pre-Calc) as a Junior? If so, that's pretty good.
I think it's E40.for some reason i'm thinking thats 50 cent, i'm probably wrong tho...
E40 isn't deadI think it's E40.
may he rest in peace.
