Now that the game is out... Who is your favorite chara/main? And why?

I played SSB for three hours yesterday, jumping from char to char. I found that I was good at DK, but once I got to Link, it was awesome. I just mesh well with his controls and style. ;]

Pit. And no, I'm not just a newb who wants to play with an easy character - I actually MAIN him and don't plan to stop. I've found a few good comboes and other interesting quirks about him. I second Zelda and Ice Climbers, with the occasional Marth. :]

My main is Falco, at first I thought he looked cool, but ever since i started to use him well i got use to his spikes and movements. My next is Lucas though.

Well my main used to be Pit u may call it love at first sight...but as time progressed pits jumps got a little to much and i thought i would challenge myself...

The speed and low knock-back of sonic moves was just what i needed !
I added depth and a nice stratagy to my game weather it hit and run or, CONSTANT SUPER SMASHING AT BREAK NECK SPEEDS ! (this one always pisses of my friends i mean who dosent just feel like runing around and using sonics down b all the time XD)

But truly sonic has become my new main, i only get to play this game once every week as its not out here but my friends got it so, yeah i wont be using him in tournys alot (pits my tourny guy)

Well sonics moves fast and has a lotta thinking to his game i enjoy thinkn up brilliant stratagys in the midst of a brawl and the more people the more the challenge, i have yet to fully optimise his moves but with the ones ive used he does require alot of bashing to get that perfect mark !

WELL PIT CAN THE FLY, BUT THEN SONIC CAME RUNNING BY ! (Bad ryhme) SSBB 4 EVA !

Olimar is easily my favourite character in the game. I love both Pikmin games, and the only character I really hoped would be in Brawl was Olimar. And when I found out that he was really good (minus tether,)
I loved him even more.

-Almost zero lag
-Strong
-Great smashes with good range and killing power
-Pikmin throw ftw
-Good aerials

Need I say more? He has nothing on Snake, though.

I voted Luigi because when I play him it makes me happy, especially after how much he sucked in melee. However, I also main Ness, Marth, Snake, Sonic, ROB, Meta Knight, Pikachu, Pit, Falco, Lucario, Ice Climbers, Jigglypuff...in fact I usually just hit random and pray I don't get fox or dedede.

I think it's a tie between Snake and Captain Falcon. I just can't decide who is the right one to main, but if I had to choose, I guess I would pick Snake.

Originally I'd stick with Link (from the start of the series) but i grew from Link to Zelda to Peach to Samus to Marth,etc.

for brawl on the other hand, i'm stuck with princess zelda because, i like sparkles and explosions (though i should use snake for a lot of those but..still...sparkles)
if things get out of hand.. i usually stick with zero suit samus
but yeah, my main is Zelda

I played Falco in Melee because he was very technical which was enjoyable for me, and I just couldn't give him up in Brawl despite doing my best to be a Wario or Snake.

lucas is a very dynamic choice. he is a small target in the game, making others more unlikely to attack him. he is powerful in range and in melee.

You are aware it increases with damage and not with the time alive right...
