Pineapple is an atrocity on pizza. Grilled pineapples by themselves are bomb though.
Also pesto pizza is great if it doesn't have nuts in the sauce >_<

Wow! Everyone hatin on pineapple on pizza! I do remember hating on it when I was a kid though! I had to pluck out all of them, but I would still be able to taste some of it while I was eating! One day I just ate the thing without taking them out and loved the s#!+ out of it!

I think it has something to do with pineapples being popular when we were all younger. This is quite a generalization but IMO pineapples are like the candy of fruits. Its sour/sweet flavor is something that most children approve of unlike other fruits and vegetables so when it goes on pizza its like 2 good things together.

As one grows older however, the realization that the flavors of pineapple and pizza are very contrasting and thus discussions on forums are born

Pineapples don't belong on pizza anymore than apples or oranges belong on pizza lol.

I'm just kinda messin I'll still eat it. What have I started

i don't think the problem with pineapples on pizza is a clash of taste

it's just the huge tough fruits on top of your chewy dough and cheese that makes you feel weird. you bite into a big pineapple chunk and all the juices come out and then you bite thru it into soft cheese. it feels weird.

i like pineapples on pizza tho

first off, i dislike pineapple on pizza and hate canadian bacon/ham but pineapple with chicken is acceptable
but to each their own

working at pizza hut, customers sometimes ask me whats the best pizza out there, and i immediately respond with round table, that is if youre willing to pay the extra $ which is unlikely since people complain about pizza hut prices as it is. i guess people have grown accustomed to eating cardboard garbage like little ceasars and domino's

i gave up fast food for Lent and after 40 days i ate a slice of pizza, from every fast food chain, and pizza hut really is that good, after eating it for so long i forgot how good it truely was. but round table is the best

Little Ceasars is so underrated! The Little Ceasars by Dunk's is pretty d@mn good! I have yet to buy a pizza from there that has looked or tasted bad! Hell, I put Little Ceasars above Pizza Hut right now! I haven't had Pizza Hut's Stuffed Crust in a long while, but I hope it's still G!

Best pizza I had recently was at a mom & pop joint in Bellflower called homerun Pizza.

Cheap and hella tasty.
