lol i feel the same way joe :)

im probably gonna end up at kone's thing that weekend as its melee orientated sorry. if i cant raise the cash then i might pop down play a lil brawl. i used to be ranked number 2 in the uk at it dont ya know :p

Yesz! Not seen enough of these in recent tournies anywhere, so why not do it at mine goddammit? Some of these are obvious, some less so, but how you perform on the day shall be noticed. If you see anyone who fits the profile of any of these tell me :3

Goooood evening Brawl fans, I am you're host Marty Tristar bringing you this special announcement.

The Summer of Smudge '09 Brawl tour continues on this weekend with the 3rd stop being right here, at Bolton Happy Fun Times.

After an impressive run in Leicester this weekend and fully recovered from the appalling showing at Manchester I, the roll is hopefully going to continue over.

However, there are rumours circling that one of the stars of the tour, King DeDeDe, has been sidelined for the event due to an injury. Can he recover in time, or will a suitable replacement be found? stay tuned to find out more as we gather the information.

Current standings:
2nd August - Manchester - Singles 9th, Doubles 5th.
8th August - Leicester - Singles 5th, Doubles 1st.
15th August - Bolton
23rd August - Manchester II

So, I've been out for aboot a week.

Just letting you all know this will probably be the last one of these as a brawl tourney. In future I may have brawl as a side game or somesuch but it won't be the main event. I'm not even 100% sure i'm going to enter this either.

Also lawl @ Andy son, it's MY tourney not smudge's ^_^

I'm not banning any characters, but god**** you run the risk of being harmed if you use Falco.

I'm not surprisedd your considering not playing anymore, you barely looked interested at Willz aside from taking everyone's money...

I love the game, I just don't love how it can be played :<

Isn't a nice way to put it, considering Dooan drove all the way from bolton to willz with me smudge, Bickers and Bm.

Anyway i hope everything goes well whatever Dooan decides.

Ah well I didn't mean it to sound bad at all, sorry >.>
And I was really happy he came down, he is definately the funniest smasher ever.

@ Dooan, i couldn't agree more with what you said about "how it can be played", the most frustrating aspect of the game is how blatantly better some characters are then others. The game is so unbalanced in some aspects, it's difficult to be good with some of the worse characters.

Lets all play melee.
