You specifically made an unprovoked post directed towards a fanbase about the quality of their arguments. I just think - given the circumstances and the environment - it was a bit haughty to do so. Sakurai has proven time and again that his actions can't exactly be described by logic. Therefore deriding another fanbase for their use of "illogical" arguments seemed a bit silly.

It's fine, but the thing is that we don't even know what the moveset was and he did say that it was a very realistic moveset, but I don't know.

I'm going to make my own Shovel Knight moveset right now.

Jab and N-air is his standard shovel swipe.
Forward smash is the charged Shovel swipe.
Down air is the shovel dive

Neutral B is Either Fire Staff or Chaos Orb
Side B is Propeller Blade
Up B is Dust Knuckles
Down is Phase Locket

I guarantee you this is at least 70% the same as Ash's "leaker".

Yeah, because we're such strangers to irrelevant coments. Besides, the topic of the day is Shovel Knight in Smash.

But they're illogical. The arguments are things like "well [x] isn't popular in Japan either"

There is a big difference between arguments for a third party and a first party

I'm going to go out on a limb and say, at this point I don't care who we get as Smash DLC. I'm just happy the roster is confirmed to still have "Several More Characters" that will be "decided by the fans" so if that ends up being Shovel Knight, Wolf and Dixie, cool. Shovel Knight, Shantae and Snake? Cool. Wonder Red, Viewtiful Joe and Red Power Ranger? Cool.

I already love this roster/game and whatever is added to it is legit just icing to me. Ryu being in it (even though I was actually against him being in because he is barely on Nintendo consoles) made me super happy and literally anyone (even if they don't make sense) is fine with me.

People speculate the "megaton" thing they've been promising could be announced there which of course could be him in Super Smash Bros. Now I wouldn't get hyped for the stream, but I would keep my eye on it. It could still be interesting without the reveal (if there is one).

I personally don't think anything will happen in the stream, but I'm still gonna' watch it though as I'm interested to pick up Shovel Knight as a retail game XD.

Well this is a positive way to look at this game, just appreciate what Smash 4 is bringing to the table no matter what it is.

By the way, all this talk of a Leaks group themed Smash Bros. makes me want to ask Xanber Mobus to say "SMASHBOARDS!" and certain users' names in his announcer voice.

"BURB!" "VAANROOOOSE!" "PUSHDUSTIIIIN!" "BLUEPIKMIN11!"

And so on. ;)
