One of the first scenes is literally Corrin running into Camilla's boobs in a first person view
>You will never run into Camilla's boobs

If I can actually get them. Go ahead. Let's see what you say.
I can suggest playing Comix Zone. A fun but hard as balls beat em up for the Genesis. Great music, ascetics and controls well too.

@Swampasaur: You beat the original Legend of Zelda(first quest)? If not, there's an interesting challenging.

Of course, you know I love Quest 64 and recommend it since it's a very unique rpg. It actually requires you to be strategic without the base strategy elements that you'd expect(specific equipment(or equipment in general, but it has items to use) to auto-kill enemies, square-grid movement, more than one team member). Instead, it's all about positioning all your attacks. And of course, raising your stats through pure training. Level ups are non-traditional too, with only your elements going up, which does affect some of your overall fighting abilities, but can give you new spells. The Japanese version is better overall, but is a bad idea for a beginner of the series. Play it in your own language first, or one you recognize. Otherwise you'll get confused.

I saw that Swamp hasn't played FE7. I am disappoint
Also that Fates had everyone's age raised to 18. I'm curious how heavily censored it'll get
Can't say I'm surprised about the characters getting aged up (whether quietly or blatantly), it's pretty common practice as mentioned before and we've seen it happen already with characters like Lissa. It also doesn't help that some of the characters have a very childish mental state like Elise, which would make keeping them around the same age even worse since she can be married off.

>You will never run into Camilla's boobs

Don't worry, you'll always have Aversa.

Have you played Radiant Dawn on hard mode? It will break you.
And no it isn't because of my positioning, it's because Michaih can't take a hit for ****
Also Anna abandoned me in Radiant Dawn and the RNG kept screwing me, how could you forsake me lady Anna?
Just because you didn't like the mechanics in Tharcia 776 doesn't mean it was fake challenge, having those mechanics there are supposed to make you think more strategically, which is what your supposed to do in a Strategy RPG.
I've beaten Radiant Dawn on hard multiple times, in fact.

Thracia was frustrating. It was not difficult (although you can call it fake difficulty). There is a difference. It forces you to do a bunch of dumb micro-managing and rely on a function that typically only gives you 20-30% chances at best. Most of the game's "strategy" isn't actually in the advancing and beating enemies, it's making sure you don't run out of money and weapons, because the scrolls ensure that your unit's stats will all be pretty good.

Oh, you also have to make sure you don't get hit by the enemy status staff spam and have everyone retreat before Leif, because that stuff totally makes sense.

The whole Jugdral era is kind of overrated. Genealogy was pretty good, though not as amazing as its fans claim it to be, and Thracia was...not very good.

Michiah is your lord you need to get her to level cause she's going to need levels cause she''s mandatory for most chapters. And I'll say the RNG can screw you, the amount of times Michiah would've been fine if she had just hit her target T_T
Or you can keep her out of combat because she never actually needs to engage in any combat. And if you need her to, have her attack from range and make sure no enemies are in range who can hit her. And hitting? Lol she uses Light magic, how can you even get her hit rate below 100%?

It's good, though really different from the older AW games in tone.

Hell, you could call it the FE Awakening of the AW series, key differences being that Awakening acts like a distant sequel to the Akaneia games while Days of Ruin is completely unrelated to the GBA titles and Dual Strike. What sets DoR apart from the other AW games is the darker story and characters, and the harsher difficulty.

Still though it's a fun game and if you end up liking it I recommend playing the GBA titles and, especially, Dual Strike.

Wait, there was that much space left?

EDIT: Oh you just removed the names...

I seriously doubt they are going to go out of their way to do that, to be honest. I mean, it can work, but for some reason I can see them settling for the arrow.
Honestly they have to "go out of their way" to do something one way or another. Removing the name boxes at least keeps things looking more tidy than rescaling the boxes to be smaller. And at this point them implementing a separate arrow for the Wii U's DLC characters is extraordinarily unlikely.

Not that they will remove the boxes. But it's still an option. And I mainly brought it up to squash the "not enough space for more characters" theory.

I know it's been said, but playing as the other platforming icons (Sonic, Pac, DK, etc) in levels of Mario but not having their abilities is going to be odd. Very very odd.

Are the Mario Maker amiibo characters only usable in the SMB texture or do they appear in the other ones as well? And if so, do they remain as 8-bit sprites or they have each their own model to match the other games?

Apparently they only work in the SMB textures. At least from what I've heard.

(i was thinking of gimick teams EX: pokemon you'd find at a zoo)
and i found a move that will never be used despite how good it is
petal blizzard a 90 power 100 accuracy PHYSICAL attack
now here is why it will never get used all the pokemon that can use it have a better special stat

If I could have picked one of the Brawl boss characters to have got the playable treatment in this Smash I totally would have picked Rayquaza.
The internet would kill you . The only right answer is Ridley.

I mean, except for Petey. I wish I could have played as Petey. I understand why Nintendo would only want one Smash Bros game per system, but I do wish they would have spinoffs with specific franchises only.

Catch 22 is that if it isnt Sakurai it isnt the game. I mean, we would have a Mario game with many feasible characters, and within the context of its own world, characters would need to be more fleshed out and less similar. I suppose this would make it an entirely different game. Then every character in those games would be considered viable for the main game, though.

Xenoblade is still amazing. I have no idea how to make gems or whatever but I'm having a blast. Can't wait to see who else I get in my team. I love games where gear changes character appearance.

If X is anything like this I am set.

Shulk Reyn and Sharla are the only characters I use. I did have Dunban on for all of 5 minutes, but he was too similar to Reyn and ain't no way I'm taking Reyn off for anyone.

You know, after reading that article, there are a few things that are interesting to note
  • The implication about Krystal not being seen as feasible as Wolf is interesting. It seems to suggest that Krystal was at one point seriously considered if Sakurai was willing to specifically highlight why he didn't choose Krystal.
  • Interesting confirmation of how much Wolf took to make in comparison to a fully created-from-scratch character
  • This confirms that Krystal would never be similar to Fox at all, contrary to how some debated that Krystal wouldn't necessarily be unique.
  • It doesn't explain why Toon Link and Jigglypuff were lower-priority, which was something I wanted to know.
  • Again, based on the listing of the Forbidden 7, helps support the assumption that if they had more time, Mewtwo and Roy would have been implemented after Wolf.

You have to mix the party up, if for no other reason then to enjoy all the different battle quotes.

@ Swamp Sensei Swamp Sensei lot's of great indie games on the Wii U and PS4 as well. If you haven't played Guacamelee yet. Do it. Now.

My end game team was Shulk, Reyn, and Riki because they had enough health that they could endure the hits from the final boss and i had heals to keep them somewhat healthy. I still think I was underleveled and i was at 81.
