They said DLC amiibos aren't usable, right?

All the amiibo characters are unlockable without the amiibos as well.


So if you don't have Pac-Man, you can still unlock him in the game.

I just popped in because I just beat Shovel Knight. Probably the best indie game I've ever played, or at least tied with Shantae and the Pirate's Curse. It was incredibly well crafted and I could feel the pure effort of devs who made the game they wanted.

I still don't want him anywhere near Smash.

Am I the only person that enjoys things in moderation? I can absolutely love something, but I have the sense to not want it thrown in everything. Shovel Knight was an amazing game, but he doesn't really have a place in Smash. One game that happened to be amazing and happened to be on a Nintendo console doesn't really push me into thinking "he needs to be in Smash."

If one gets in, you may as well throw them all in. Shovel Knight isn't the only good game, what about Shantae? Cave Story?

I still think third party slots should be reserved for the true all-stars of gaming.

Honestly, it's so exhausting to see people say that Shovel Knight should be in over Paper Mario, Bandana Dee, and so many other characters.

I'm actually friendly debating with a guy about Shovel Knight in Smash Bros Crusade. I oppose him.

Pretty sure it's restricted to one per level. Which kinda sucks, there's a lot of potential there.
