You can use it to run homebrew games and app's as well as run emulators, remove region locking and patch certain games. Have you seen the music mods that have made their rounds on both Smash 3DS and Wii U? That's a part of what you can do with Homebrew.

It happens to me sometimes too, I just press "Dismiss All", and everything goes back to normal. I don't know the cause though.

Fun fact. Western FE fans despise Roy in FE. He does chip damage at best, doesn't double anything, can't take a hit, has garbage growths making it likely for the RNG to screw you over and only promotes on the last chapters of the game or outright the last one. Only 3-4 units are worse than Roy in his game, the only good thing about it is the Sword of Seals, easily one of the strongest weapons which also has 2 range, and even then, Falchion and Ragnell's bonus effects make it better than the Sword of SealsBut, But he's our Boy

I was pointing out to how Roy's appearance in Smash is his saving grace outside Japan
At least it stopped for now. It was getting ridiculous at some points. It would keep on coming up on my computer like every five seconds. My guess is that it can't load certain data, but I'm not a tech genius. So I don't really know.
