I didn't write anything creative. I doubt they're even going to bother reading them.

My guess is they hand pick a few, after the ballot picks are decided, and parade them around for marketing purposes.

Of course that's assuming they don't decide to do something crazy, and extend it the deadline.

Geno, Shantae, Tails, Shovel Knight, and Bayonetta. I gave a detailed explination for each, not that it really matters in this giant ballot. Plenty of others I would absolutely vote for but I'm lazy.

...I just realized I didn't vote in a single first party Nintendo character. I really should do that, but all my first party picks are pretty much already in.....

To be honest, Piracy to me is very bad. It keeps the developers from making money on their creation. Buying a game gives you a sense of pride. I mostly downloaded it to start using custom content in games (if available) and see what else I can do with it XD.

I only pirate games that are either pretty much impossible to get or very hard. Like Earthbound pre VC. Since I live in Europe I would have to find a copy, import it AND mod my SNES to be region free. I bought it day one on VC though.

I first heard of it looking for a way too play DVD's on my Wii. You needed the Homebrew Channel to do so and I though it was available through the Wii Shop Channel XD. So I forgot about since I didn't have internet at the time at my place (my grandparents did though, that's how I heard about it) and couldn't get the Homebrew Channel.
