Seriously, what the ****? I'll easily take a Street Fighter 2 melody where it has all the SF2 themes ala Megaman 2 Melody.

That and no Chun-Li theme and nothing with her in Smash. Seriously the SF content is shafted harder than Sonic but has the excuse of time restraints.

The porting isn't a problem but having 3 different versions of Ryu and Ken's theme is stupid as hell.

I just watched the whole podcast.

This changed how I look at the company.

NOA.

They get it.

They are us.

This kind of interview was perfect. It wasn't too invasive. It wasn't accusatory and it just let him to go and talk about whatever he wanted to.

They understand EVERYTHING!

Literally everything.

NOA has my utmost respect now. They make mistakes but spending an hour listening to this man talk about his likes and his job on a casual level just made me learn to love Nintendo a little more.

NOJ seems much harder to work with than I thought though. It does sound like it is a bunch of old Japanese business not trying to understand the market or why the people they hired are hesitant to do something. The whole "New Super Mario Bros" story was really eyeopening.

Still, props to Chris Pranger.

For content, really I just want alternate costumes for everyone and more stages from Metroid, Pac-Man, F-Zero, Mother, Pokemon and even Fire Emblem.
I don't care about ATs as much but DK needs Rambi and Wii Fit needs the Balance Board.

But I do want is more Easter eggs stuff like Palutena's Guidance, more Star Fox conversations, Doc Lewis saying more stuff about chocolate and more unique victory quotes from stuff with

Soul Blazer was perma-banned? This is the first time I've heard of this. Anyways, I'm not at all surprised. His acidic tongue was very abrasive in general, especially to Chrom (and Robin, apparently) supporters; I even called him out a few times because he always took things very personally with them, for whatever reason I don't particularly care about. I always felt bad for @Opossum since he was the OP of the original Chrom support thread and he usually had to put up with the flaming.

However, the former Habanero had a great competitive mind-set about potential play-styles and was extensively knowledgeable about fighting game history. That's all that I'll miss about him. Because of those discussions, I still entertain the ideas of a turtle archetype for potential newcomers and rhythm-based combo attack system for the Chorus Kids. At a time when they were considered cancer, he was among the few who even bothered to go up to bat for those damn kids.

I agree when it comes to DLC honestly, but I feel like next Smash (if it happens) a Xenoblade newcomer would be pretty likely considering that X will be out by that time and their third Xenoblade game will either be in development or released.
