Same with Kid Icarus or Pokemon. But KI has alot of wonderful characters but is withholding that spot and you're crazy if you think otherwise

Fire Emblem does not need a future DLC character. It's honestly the last series that needs more representation at this point.



I don't think Corrin would do well even without SJWs spamvoting. There are plenty of other reasons not to want him/her in Smash 4 without the Soleil controversy.

now it could be argued that so have most OTHER pokemon but these two have the distinction of being unique veterans
and really when it comes down to it they are safe money because how many people would seriously not buy them because they were pokemon?

it all goes back to the main theme of this smash "making characters more faithful to their games"
for instance bowser and yoshi have had their posture redone, dedede has his more comedic expressions,
ike has that blue fire ect,ect
now what does this have to do with seperating the ice climbers? well they were never a duo in the first place as a matter of fact they were bitter rivals competing to reach the top of the mountain first now i dont like this thoery but i can see it happening in a post 3ds smash world i mean ya it gets rid of their classic play style...but when it comes down to it unless they makes the climbers a single model ala duckhunt there would be no way for sakurai to bring them back this game and they were his biggest regret

ninten, ness, and lucas essentially play identically in their respective games
they fill the same archetype
so if they had to steal moves from paula and kumatora, why wouldn't the hypothetical ninten be the same

(also canonically he does still look nigh-identical to ness)

IMO it's a good game. For an NES rpg I feel it holds up well. Difficulty spikes are common and it can get a bit grindy but overall it's fine. Just don't go in thinking it will match Earthbound on technical levels.

As Much as I would like to see Ninten.
The fact that Lucas wasn't even on the starting line-up (unless he was planned but didn't make it in initially due to the Mother series having no future) Shows that we are perfect with the two we have as is.
If Ninten got in he should have been an alt similar to Alph. Because he looks really similar in his official design.
Or you Know he could be a direct Clone to Ness

Tonight's chapter pretty much confirms Natsu, Zeref and Acnologia will all be in the same place by the end of the arc. The only loose end at the moment really is Jelal and his new gang. If they rock up in this arc, which is likely, then it'll truly be the last arc. A good way to go out.
