Totally saw that coming the moment they announced Yokai Watch for the 3DS.

We'll have to agree to disagree there. Before yesterday I would have been there with you all the way, but since I have no current plans on gaming on PC (nor do I feel like spending the money for it yet), a PS4 is the only way I'll be able to experience The Last Guardian, Shenmue III, and FFVII Remake. These games really do hype me and I look forward to playing all three of them although it probably helps I just bought myself another PS2 for the first time in a decade.
I love Nintendo's IPs more than most people and even I find this to be very sad (depending on circumstances of course).
Now this is just melo-drama at it's finest.

Like I said earlier, I would be pretty tempted to buy a PS4 if I didn't have a half way decent PC. As it is, though, Sony still needs to do a bit more to convince me.

That makes no sense considering Mickey is nowhere near Wreck-It-Ralph at all.

they at least linked to the nintendo e3 page and hinted at stuff. i haven't heard about any sort of roundtable or anything... maybe they delayed its announcement for whatever reason?

I have no idea but this shocked me. I though we were going to get a DKCR3/Diddy Kong Racing 2 game announced from them. Something tells me this got pushed to the NX.
Retro teased something at E3, Ubisoft promised big things for Rayman's anniversary, etc.
I think it's the boxart more than anything. But he looks fine in-game.
If Disney bought Nintendo and Nintendo remained in the hardware business, they would finally have enough money to make a loss leading console with graphics equal to or greater than those found on MS and Sony systems. They would also likely have exclusive rights to classic Disney characters, Marvel characters, and Star Wars characters.
Fatal Frame is love, Fatal Frame is life. I'm so glad they gave it some attention even though it wasn't in the event, and that they're bringing it here <3
The Smash Bros. Roster would be such a cluster**** of random and awesome.
They can always pull a Wii Fit and just reveal something on the show floor.
