I just now realized something odd in the CYL 2.0 results.

Layla, a minor character from Fates, placed above Linus, Kent, Boey, and Rudolf.

I'll say it again: A minor NPC from Fates managed to beat out two relatively big antagonists as well as two relatively popular characters from those games.

I had no idea she was even that popular to be totally honest.

I don't quite mind it , but that's just ridiculous.

Edit: I also just realised, what Theme are they going to do for Veronica? We had a Parent Theme with the first CYL, some of us expected a Sibling Theme for CYL2. Now I wonder what Theme they will actually do, especially with Veronica around.

If they go sibling theme then Bruno is around.

That is true. Bruno is around for the sibling theme. At the same time, I think it was mentioned, in a vague line, that their father is still around. But anything's possible.

Although what's interesting is that many people's version of "Brave Veronica" is her based on Xander. And one version that simply has his horse.

The fanart is nice, but I highly doubt Brave Veronica is going to be based on Xander, despite his interactions with her.
