Skyward Sword, Breath of the Wild and (arguably) Spirit Tracks all have some damn good reasons to be valid. Heck, I'm pretty sure it's canon in SS.

But yeah, aside from that, I see no reason in any other game. Zelda's a strong, independant woman. She needs no man.
