I've been bashing my head against Inkling's Classic Mode trying to get my completion level up to 9.9 and I'm developing a special hatred for each specific alt color in that route.

Special shoutout to Giant Cyan Yoshi, that thing isn't even a Yoshi it's an evil Kaiju that's been stung in the face by Queen Sectonia.

The dark emporer spirit battle is the true bull **** spirit battle. But I finally beat it after like 13 tries.

But now I think I got all the chests in World of Light so I don’t think I need to play it anymore... unless beating the final boss gives you a song or mii costume(which I doubt).

2018's been an interesting year for me. Honestly, I'd say it's been way better than the first half of 2017 was for me, so that on it's own is a major plus.

Question for seasoned WoL players: How the hell is one supposed to defeat the Pauline Spirit?

Even after tricking DK and Mario into falling to their deaths early on, I still can't dish out enough damage to the Peach to knock her off the stage in time, and I've had no success in preventing her from recovering from a fall, either. Do I just need some different and better Spirits? The only other thing I can think of is trying to get her as close to the blastline as possible, then use something like a grab or Kirby's inhale to send her flying past it, but with how much she runs away and dodges, even that's proven very tricky for me...

If I had to describe 2018 for me in one word, it'd be "roadblock". Sure something important or cool would happen every once in a while, but most days were either bland or emotionally scarring. Every good thing that's gonna happen to me is waiting in 2019, and I can't wait to get to em.

Get a Support Spirit that gives you a Staff, like the Centurion from Kid Icarus. Because Peach won't run to you and will stay where she is while you are far away, you can shoot her with the Staff that deals more damage the more far away you are.
