So I got a question for you guys well versed with the franchises in Smash Bros.

How many characters on the roster have been blamed for an act that they didn't commit? The reason why i'm asking is because that's an alternative theme I had in mind for Andy's Classic Mode which would pit him against characters who have also been blamed for something in their games.

I really can't think of anyone TBH. If Crono was indeed the SE character then he would def be in Andy's Classic Mode.

Basically, Palutena, when she was possessed or was going to be possessed by the Chaos Kin, sealed his soul in a ring and than his body was controlled and used to harm people. So while Pit's body was possessed and did the crime doing, Pit himself was innocent as his soul and mind were nowhere near his body.
-Sonic had this happen to him in Adventure 2 due to the police mistaking Shadow for Sonic.
-Ness wasn't framed, but c'mon. He beat up a bunch of cops and their chief. That's gotta be a crime if I ever saw one.

Yeah I can't believe I forgot about Sonic since I played SA2 some months back.

So basically said Classic Mode for Andy would consist of battles against Mario, Link, Pit, Chrom, Sonic, and then Clone Andy like in Advance Wars 1. Followed by a boss battle against Marx who is also a manipulator.
