Oh that sounds like a bucket of fun. ._.Preparing to be on the phone with Dell tech support for hours. Hooray...
Haven't heard about them in years.Apparently Bakugan just made a huge new comeback and I was completely unaware of it.
Sounds like you're enjoying it a little too much there, bud.Why does this Pro Controller feel so...smooth?
I really want to put it to good use soon.
My most favorite controller possibly ever. Why does this Pro Controller feel so...smooth?

My laptop has been having issues since early this month and it still has yet to be totally resolved. Just when I think it's fixed, it regresses back to running slow and not responding.Oh that sounds like a bucket of fun. ._.
How did they make a comeback? I thought that franchise was dead since 2012.Apparently Bakugan just made a huge new comeback and I was completely unaware of it.
Just looked it up, and there apparently will be a new TV series for it on CN next year. Maybe that's what he means. How did they make a comeback? I thought that franchise was dead since 2012.
That's a "comeback"? '_'Just looked it up, and there apparently will be a new TV series for it on CN next year. Maybe that's what he means.
Maybe, but I never noticed how I had not seen anything related to it in about 8 years. I don't watch TV very much anyway, so that's that. That's a "comeback"? '_'
Maybe you need to do more research before you shame the might that is Bakugan.Just looked it up, and there apparently will be a new TV series for it on CN next year. Maybe that's what he means.
They made an entire new TCG for Bakugan, which is incompatible with old versions of the game. That's a "comeback"? '_'
Ah, alright that sounds more accurate. They made an entire new TCG for Bakugan, which is incompatible with old versions of the game.
They have invitationals going on for it as we speak.
Shame it? Why would I do that?Maybe you need to do more research before you shame the might that is Bakugan.

Actually the game was alive for a while, the reason they never followed the actual card game rules is that they weren't even canonically a thing until Battle City.It was Yugioh Duelist Kingdom all over again, except that had a valid excuse of the real game not existing yet.
I'll never understand how Pegasus ran a successful children's card game with international tournaments that didn't even jave rulesActually the game was alive for a while, the reason they never followed the actual card game rules is that they weren't even canonically a thing until Battle City.
The anime was being faithful rather than adapting to real-world rules.
Exactly. It was a manga that didn't even have a proper set of rules at that point. The card game didn't even start till later on, as it had other various games Yami Yugi played with criminals. It also introduced Capsule Monsters during some of it. Bandai even had weird cards that were never used in the regular Season 1 and above. The anime, as fun as it is, is a mess. Battle City's new rules helped a lot. Though it still had any spell being a quick-play spell if set facedown, and some traps could be activated from your hand(like Time Seal... which would actually make it stupidly broken if it worked that well. So damn glad it's banned).Actually the game was alive for a while, the reason they never followed the actual card game rules is that they weren't even canonically a thing until Battle City.

That one PSX game with the fusion system was pretty neat thoughExactly. It was a manga that didn't even have a proper set of rules at that point. The official card game created rules to make the game remotely playable and to create possibly balance within it. Of course, in many cases they buffed tons of cards(Dark Strike Fighter, Harpie's Feather Duster).
Duelist Kingdom never had clear rules, as even the video games loosely based upon it didn't work out well.
I don't know if Battle City or the CCG came out first in Japan, to be honest. But yeah, Kaiba helped a lot. He paved the way the anime works for seasons to come. That one PSX game with the fusion system was pretty neat though
but we all gotta thank Kaiba for actually making the game the way it is
Kaiba was the pioneer of the "Quick Duel" or however you call it that Duel Links uses (DL canon says he made the entire game too so ) and is an actual way to play that Konami advertises. Kaiba was also literally responsible for most if not every anime sequel. Ergo, Kaiba has more reason to be in Smash before Yugi.I don't know if Battle City or the CCG came out first in Japan, to be honest. But yeah, Kaiba helped a lot. That said, Forbidden Memories was cool, but also really unbalanced. Grinding was beyond ridiculous. You know how getting all custom content in Smash 4 is hard? This was worse. Wayyyyyyy worse.
Hilarious how I made a moveset of Yugi/Yami Yugi first(note that both movesets were similar, not unlike a Clone or Echo, but they had different assets used).Kaiba was the pioneer of the "Quick Duel" or however you call it that Duel Links uses and is an actual way to play that Konami advertises. BEWD > DM this is indisputable.
I think Arc-V just kind of disassembled everything and now we have VRains where we have no clue when or where we are in any timeline.Hilarious how I made a moveset of Yugi/Yami Yugi first(note that both movesets were similar, not unlike a Clone or Echo, but they had different assets used).
Anyway, yep. Kaiba had a huge impact in-universe. I think ZeXaL is the first one to not mention him at all. He was everywhere in GX. Arc-V also doesn't mention him at all. The battle system is used, but Kaiba is not among series after GX. Though he might be in the Arc-V Manga, as it has Ede Phoenix/Aster Phoenix among the Fusion Dimension. I couldn't say. A lot of characters from previous series reappeared, as alternate counterparts as it's its own universe, if you will.
I think it's probably best to think that some series have no connections at all whatsoever.I think Arc-V just kind of disassembled everything and now we have VRains where we have no clue when or where we are in any timeline.
I know that Rosalina & Luma do too, as I did their Classic Mode and fought Marx. I heard there was one more that fights Marx, but I can't remember which character it was.Is Kirby like the only person who fights Marx in their classic mode?
Inkling does too.Is Kirby like the only person who fights Marx in their classic mode?
why tho?Inkling does too.
Why indeed. Although in Super Star Ultra, Marx Soul did have an attack that gives the Paint Ability. How that would connect Marx to Inkling is beyond me, considering I doubt Sakurai would connect them with such a vague reference from a remake that I don't think Sakurai had any input on.why tho?
Possibly what the other user said. He's also multi-colored, something that's important to Inklings, the various colors.why tho?

Both make weird*** noises.why tho?
I thought Luigi having Dracula as his Classic Boss was kinda clever, considering Luigi in the Simon & Richter trailer, as well as referencing Luigi's Mansion to some degree as well.Possibly what the other user said. Many of the bosses feel shoehorned in or don't have the most thought. There wasn't exactly a lot of options for some as is, honestly. Many just got Master Hand or both Hands. Sonic makes some sense, considering his role in the SSE, which was mostly to go against the SSB-only boss.
Right I knew that too..Inkling does too.
