What do I need to do to defeat The Boss.

Couple simple steps.

1. Pick Bowser.
2. Acquire either Metal Face and Hungry Luma, or Moon, Slippy Toad, and any red three-slot primary.
3. Charge side smash. Unflinching charged smashes optional but helpful.
4. BOWSER KICK OVERDRIVE
5. You are now Big Boss.

Joker will be Jotaro
So the two next 3rd Parties will be a character who can heal others and/or has a cool hairdo and after them we'll get a gang-star or Alucard because he's Dracula's son
