Deltarune is okay on its own, but it only really shines if you've played Undertale first, imo.

That was my original plan but I'm just in the mood to play this now lol.

I hope CTR has more content and maybe even post launch support to make it sort of stand as it's own game even if it's based on the original.

If they add new characters beyond just what was in the original game, I really want them to add Tawna, Komodo Moe, Crunch and maybe Spyro.
It was always a little weird that they had Komodo Joe, but not Moe.

It'd also be nice if they actually made Nitros Oxide playable.

Five characters, right there. Easy, sensible.

I was aware of that.

I assume that Spyro would be a Handling type character? He did replace Pura in that game.
Which would have sucked because Pura was my sister's main in CTR.
I wonder whether Tawna would be an All-Rounder or Acceleration type?

What's weird is that despite Fire Emblem arguably being my favourite Nintendo franchise of late, it's actually the series I'm most ambivalent to in terms of potential newcomers and such.

And I'm pretty ambivalent on most Nintendo newcomers in general.

I just don't care for any of the "candidates".

And I thought Charlotte not getting proper representation was bad (The only version of Charlotte in Fire Emblem Heroes is "Wedding Charlotte", who doesn't even use the correct weapon type).

I mean the only case where I would buy an FE character is if they promoted Lyn and that's probably never going to happen. So really I don't want anything from the franchise. Roy's in, Marth's never going away, so I'm good.

Yeah yet we have three Kageros even though she scored lower on CYL 2 than Rinkah did, and both seasonal Kageros were released in Year 2.

At this point I'm just saving my Heroic Grails in case Rinkah ends up a TT unit in which case I'll +10 her immediately. No point trying to save Orbs though, that's just a crap shoot.

It was in response to Mythra's post about people not wanting a character from the franchise. RTC wasn't my concern.

Nope.

This is why I don't have it. Accidentally bought the game instead of the bundle off the shop before I found out you couldn't grab the pass on its own. Couldn't find any way to get a refund, so I stuck with what I had.
