It's a surprisingly fitting voice.Ryan Reynolds as Detective Pikachu is perfect.
I like the fact that Ryan Reynolds has been Hal Jordan, Wade Wilson and now "Pikachu wearing a deerstalker".

The more non conventional stands would make sense for bonus games.Heritage for the Future sequel with all the vets + Part 4 and 5 characters let's make it happen and let's add weirdly ome offs such as Ratt, that guy with the water stand, Feet Stand Smell Man, the alien and Superfly
The fact that I’m going to beat you with a incredibly weak character, yeah.[/QUOTE]You say that as if it's something to be proud of
NoY’all ever trying running like Pit does in Smash? It’s ****ing exhausting.
When you say "run like Sonic", do you mean "arms tucked in tight" or "arms splayed out backwards"?No
But I sure as heck have tried running like Sonic
and I would've done it more often if it weren't for my gym teacher calling me out for it
Real talk
Anyone that didn't at least once run like Sonic hasn't lived the life
You have my respect.I’m at a 4.25 pitty rate on the adrift banner
1st one is for the people on the lower hemisphere, 2nd one is for the people on the upper hemisphereWhen you say "run like Sonic", do you mean "arms tucked in tight" or "arms splayed out backwards"?
8=4+4Just wanted to say regarding Detective Pikachu, can't help but notice that there was a reference to the Sinnoh Pokémon league in the trailer (a poster).
Just one of many Gen IV call backs over the last few years.
If the Gen VIII games end up being Diamond and Pearl remakes...
I had a 5 percent pitty rate on the first summer banner last year. I only got summer tiki but she was plus attack minus res which is pretty goodYou have my respect.
In the Halloween banner I was at a pity rate of somewhere around 5% and I did not get what I wanted.
*gasp* You mean you haven't done the Belmont Strut?Only type of fictional run I have ever tried to do was the Naruto run. I'm sorry, did I say try? I meant to say I mastered it B^)
He means figure 8 legs, obviously. When you say "run like Sonic", do you mean "arms tucked in tight" or "arms splayed out backwards"?
Thinking about it, he probably means this.He means figure 8 legs, obviously.
A Strut is not a Run though*gasp* You mean you haven't done the Belmont Strut?
I've run like an Assassin from Assassin's Creed (it's... difficult to describe, it's something you have to have seen).
This is true.A Strut is not a Run though
I was making a joke, darlin’.What is it going to be about?
Speaking of that... I still have the NintenZone roster that @Pokechu made. I remember modifying it a bit a while ago.

But speedrunners use the backdash. This is true.
Unless you're speed-running.
You never speed runned if you never did the Julius Belmont dropkickdropkickdropkickdropkickdropkickdropkickdropkickThis is true.

A lot of people in my Middle School used to do that. Myself included lol.Only type of fictional run I have ever tried to do was the Naruto run. I'm sorry, did I say try? I meant to say I mastered it B^)
If you didn’t you had no childhood.A lot of people in my Middle School used to do that. Myself included lol.
That's a pretty true fact.If you didn’t you had no childhood.
Julius Belmont is an expert at Divekick. You never speed runned if you never did the Julius Belmont dropkickdropkickdropkickdropkickdropkickdropkickdropkick

A lot of people also used to reenact the Naruto VS Sasuke fight from Part 1 in my School which I found to be hilarious lol.If you didn’t you had no childhood.
Don’t know about Iggy from JoJo but I’m pretty sure Gaara oneshots Toph just based on the fact that his sand has enough force to literally catch meteors:
- For Toph, Crocodile has an inherent advantage, having a body made of sand means that he could, theoretically, blend into the environment and become functionally invisible to her. Gaara and Iggy have no such advantage (though they can fly, Crocodile may or may not be able to do the same). Toph could paralyze Crocodile, but then she'd have to do that while fighting Gaara and Iggy.
- Gaara has fire power, but can't do anything to Crocodile (if he uses ordinary sand); in fact, Toph, Iggy and Crocodile could take control of his sand and that'd be the end of it. If Toph decides to sand-bend him when he's on the defensive (as in Death Battle) or Crocodile grabs him at any time, then it's game over for him.
I took it so serious I posted scans...(I'm taking this way too seriously...)
Heh, I've tried that before. It didn't help me run any faster, contrary to my expectations. No
But I sure as heck have tried running like Sonic

I had actually forgotten about those feats, thanks.Don’t know about Iggy from JoJo but I’m pretty sure Gaara oneshots Toph just based on the fact that his sand has enough force to literally catch meteors:

Lift entire cities worth of sand and block city levelling explosions.

There’s also the massive speed advantage considering he lifted sand about as large as Sand Village in moments against Deidara and is able to move his sand fast enough to block a point blank explosion AFTER the explosion had already happened. Toph neither has the speed nor the power to block Gaara's sand.
Gaara is too fast and strong for Croc to hurt or tag so I don’t see why he can’t just be controlled.
I took it so serious I posted scans...
Didn't know Death had a podcast, huh.Does anybody else here listen to Death?
But you'll have to see them all die again tho.My bro is starting Jojo because of me. It’ll be good to see all the dead characters again.
Don’t ruin this for me, Shish.Didn't know Death had a podcast, huh.
But you'll have to see them all die again tho.
...you got me.Didn't know Death had a podcast, huh.
But you'll have to see them all die again tho.
I think everyone should listen to DeathDoes anybody else here listen to Death?
I call foul, Death didn't give Luigi a chance to challenge him to a game.I think everyone should listen to Death
didn't listen and look what happened
Not gonna lie, I think I just upset myself again. They disbanded right before I was even born, for sad reasons, and all I have is what they did release.I think everyone should listen to Death
didn't listen and look what happened
He cancelled his pre-order before it was coolI call foul, Death didn't give Luigi a chance to challenge him to a game.
Maybe he just didn't want to play Smash Bros.
Why do you assume Toph would need to fight both at the same time? This is why you should see 1v1 rather than FFAs.I had actually forgotten about those feats, thanks.
With these scans in mind, Iggy would probably be the weakest of the four (his sand control is versatile, but fairly limited in range); I've mentioned at least once that the moment Iggy touches Crocodile's hand, he's dead, and Iggy's usual fighting style against humans is to go for the face, so...
As in Death Battle, Toph would need to force Gaara into his shield to be able to defeat him, otherwise he can snipe her from afar. Toph can't deal with both Gaara and Crocodile at once. Nothing Toph can do (except hypothetical Sand Bending of Crocodile's body) can actually do anything against Crocodile, Toph vs Crocodile is a war of attrition that she won't win.
At that point it becomes Gaara vs Crocodile, which ends up being a somewhat fair fight; Gaara shouldn't use any of his shielding moves, because like with the fight with Toph it's useless against Crocodile (Crocodile could just crumble Gaara's shell away and then grab Gaara physically). The best option for Gaara is to keep his distance (and remain airborne) and use his Mother's Sand against Crocodile (which I believe is infused with blood) to try and cut him with Sand Blades. The thing is, Crocodile also has ranged attacks (bladed even), so it becomes a game of "let's throw giant sand blades at each other until one side actually hits".
