Charmy's like that in Sonic Classic Heroes and it's completely broken. In that hack, the Chaotix are completely unchanged from Knuckles' Chaotix.

Well shoot. Sorry to hear. Do you have any idea on when you might be able to get a Switch (and of course the game itself)? Hopefully your wait for it won't be too long.
o-o It is gonna take quite a while as I am currently trying to save to get a car, and even though the console and the game are way cheaper than one, it is a necessity, so, it will go first to later hopefully get a job soon back where I live and then I might be able to get the game and console.
