Nah, Swamp is going to go super sayin and get all of the infinity stones, chaos emeralds, tri force, Smash Ball, and use the force that times of One Punch Man and DESTROY YOUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!

If you like XC2, definitely try out Valkyria Chronicles 4, where many females have the best designs for NintenZone standards and no hot spring scenes... oh wait..

Okay so sorry for the pointless tag, but I just had this thought and I'll be damned if I don't get it out.

Our three perspectives on Fire Emblem representation in the next Smash is LITERALLY Fates.

Opossum is Birthright, I'm Conquest, and Swamp is Revelations.

Opo is Birthright because he believes in Celica. Given that Echoes is the most recent game in the series, in a few ways its her "right" to be the next representative of the FE series, just like Roy, Ike, Robin and Corrin before her. She's the most relevant choice. Of course, plenty of other very valid reasons for her inclusion, but those don't add to my stupid forced comedy bit here so ssshhhhh.

I'm Conquest because Lyn and her chances have kinda come out of nowhere. Like, she's always been popular, but said popularity has been much more prominent as of late to the point of Intelligent Systems absolutely taking notice of it. So in a way, if she makes it, she's essentially overthrowing Celica because of her popularity among the FE crowd. Dethroning her chance, as it were.

And Swamp is Revelations because he's come to terms with the very real 'revelation' that Fire Emblem might not get a new rep at all and the world is a cruel place that doesn't give us what we want. :lick:

I'll go sit in my corner now.

So Shadows of Valentia has four VA nominations in the BTVA Awards thingy, in addition to an ensemble nomination.
Erica Lindbeck is nominated for best voice for a female lead for Celica.
Ian Sinclair is nominated for best voice for a male supporting character for Berkut.
Bonnie Gordon and Dorothy Fahn are nominated for best voice for a female supporting character for Silque and Rinea, respectively.

Even if none of them win, that's awesome. Kyle McCarley, Robbie Daymond, and Cherami Leigh were nominated for other games so the lack of Alm, Tobin, and Mae is pretty understandable.

Use this as a reason to put Silque in Heroes, IS.
