It's funny that you use Joel McHale against me and I know he's only 14 years older than me.
But I'd uhm definitely call him daddy.
Who cares he'd have had me at 14. Shhhhhhhhhh. Let's just let that weird piece of information slip out of my fingers and into the world without a second thought.
Hey guys, just plopping some predictions in. But first...
I dunno if anyone's really noticed how inactive I've been, I seem to be posting only once for every 10-15 pages on here, I've been distancing myself a lot from Smashboards as there's a whole lot of stuff I've been working on for myself. I'm not eve bothering trying to catch up with waht I've missed since 95% are either ****posts/FE Heroes/memes/more ****posting and the other 5% are stuff I might be interested in. So as a result I've probably skipped like 100 or more pages worth of posts. Either way, I'll most likely be here for e3, mainly Tuesday since that's the only day that matters I could get off but after that I probably won't be on here much anymore at all. This site does have a reputation for eating a lot of time and as someone who works 11-12 hours shifts almost everyday, my time could be better spent elsewhere. I'll probably pop in on occasion if there's stuff worth talking about like big news related to Smash, Metroid or Zelda or something, but as far as being here on the regular its not really worth it for me to be here. Of course not to say anything bad about you guys,
Anyways here's some predictions I have for Smash and e3, and no I'm not going to bother to make a Bingo sheet...
Smash Characters (base game only, so no DLC)
1st Party
-Waluigi
-King K Rool
-Decidueye (I actually have an interesting theory as to why Decidueye will be the new Pokemon rep)
-Bandana Dee
-Takamaru
-Excitebiker
-Dixie Kong
-Elma (meaning no Rex & Pyra/Mythra, I'm still standing by my initial thoughts that XC2 came along waayyy too late in development and XCX was more in line with the initial project plan, DLC is a strong possibility)
-No Spring Man/Arms fighter (but Arms content will be in the game, once again DLC is a strong possibility)
Veterans
-Ice Climbers
-Wolf
-All DLC fighters will return
-No cuts to the 3DS/Wii U roster, first time since Melee
3rd Party
-Bomberman
-Rayman
...and
Banjo & Kazooie
-Microsoft and Nintendo have been very cooperative with each other lately and B&K are by far the most popular choices for Smash fighters, despite Microsoft having the likes of Steve and Master Chief to contribute (Master Chief trophy though!) but B&K are the most popular for Smash fans, this is a very important thing to remember.
Unsure but could happen
-Snake returns (he's here for the fans, not missing because of K*******, plus if Bomberman's going to be in the game I don't see why they wouldn't provide Snake since he's not only a bigger name but also a veteran to the series)
-Ridley's big debut (always a complicated case this)
-Lycanroc (I'm not banking on getting two Gen VII pokemon but the rock wolf seems a logical second choice to me tbh)
-Isaac (despite his popularity he may still be overlooked by several other more interesting/relevant/popular picks)
-New Zelda rep (I legitemately don't know who'd they pick, maybe Impa? maybe Midna? Skull Kid? I dunno)
-Simon Belmont (maybe the leaks are true? maybe not? I dunno but three Konami characters seems very unlikely)
Nintendo's e3 (discounting Smash since it's already confirmed it'll be there)
-Metroid Prime 4 teaser with release year most likely 2019
-Bayonetta 3 teaser with release year most likely 2019
-No Pokemon 2019 news
-Yoshi's title and release date revealed
-FE Switch title and release date revealed
-Pikmin 4 being talked about in some way
-Animal Crossing Switch being talked about in some way
-New 2D Zelda revealed
-Tease about Monolith's next project
-WHATEVER THE **** RETRO'S DOING!!!!
-New Square Enix exclusive
-New Ace Atourney
-Fallout (something) on Switch
-GTA (somthing) on Switch

One thing I'll miss from a lot of handheld versions of games when they change up the gameplay or soundtrack for a port. Since most handhelds aren't even a thing now, and the 3DS is mostly has original games and only a few ports, it's been a while since we've seen stuff like that. Spider-Man 2's DS version had it's own OST, but fit in well with the PS2/CGN version.
I know a lot of people liked the DS version of the Thor game. Justice League Heroes also had a Flash Spin-off made on the GBA, both were done by Wayforward.
**** you for having a Friday Never At Fridays avatar.
The hell do you think you're doing bringing that into a quality Super Smash Bros competitive website that none of the comp members actually use.
Do you think this is a joke? Did you not see the current quality of our past pages? We have a standard to uphold!
