Frog legs are ok. I never had alligator but I’ve wanted to try it. Lately, my wife has been cooking a lot of vegetarian meals since she hasn’t been feeling right after giving birth so save for the school lunch I eat, I’ve been eating mostly vegetarian.

Yeah, that entire situation is entirely based on cultural ethics. Enough of the weird food, this is by far my favorite Japanese food. And lucky enough there are tons of restaurants that sell where we live.

Tonkatsu or breaded pork cutlets with a special sweet sauce; usually served next or on top of rice in a bowl. It’s pretty damn addicting.

I need that recipe.

Can confirm on the frog legs. Basically tastes like slightly fishy chicken, and works just as well fried.

Been a while since I had alligator - longer since I had good alligator, the stuff up here's just okay - but memory says it's similar. Slight gamey taste mixed in.
