OK, just gonna post this as a prep thing before the crazy starts in a few hours, especially since I probably won't be here while the Direct is live.

There is a strong possibility that whatever Pokemon game is announced will only be for the 3DS. Let's. . .not flip out if that happens. Pokemon games staying on the previous generation for another year after people expected them to move has happened before. It doesn't mean that Pokemon will never appear on the Switch, it doesn't mean the Switch isn't a handheld. I'm expecting a lot of conclusion jumping to spawn from a 3DS announcement and honestly there's a 99% chance it'll all be paranoia.

This is a very exciting time, but if we let our expectations spiral out of control they have a very strong chance of backfiring.

Finished Volume 2 of RWBY.

The show went from an "alright" to "pretty decent" in my eyes.

The animation improved, even if by a small margin. Some characters I didn't like at first grew on me. The humor improved, but nothing's making me laugh out loud. Action is still pretty amazing.

Looking forward to seeing what Volume 3 is like, I've heard some interesting things about that one from some people.

Also, RWBY has the most badass dog I've seen in any show.
