Delthea doesn't need the promotion, she's already a nuke ready to go. The promotion is just a bonus.

Fear Mountain Shrine is a good place to train her while you're going through it.

She's easily one of the most powerful mages in the game, and her Lv. 3 starting stats are better than other mages in their double digits. Luthier starts at a higher level than her for example, but his stats are lower.

And while below Lv. 10, she gains a level every one or two kills.

Guess I'll keep Delthea around then, I just wasn't feeling grinding another unit. It's why the Whitewings are still just sorta hanging around getting a Triangle Attack whenever they can, their damage output is simply too low for them to do anything on the story maps.
Really hope Delthea doesn't get screwed with her levels tho.
