Roy Koopa is named after the musician
Roy Pherae is named after that because it means "king" in old French but it doesn't have any real meaning which FE lovds to do.
Roy Mustang is the same reason, but it has more of a meaning with his goal of becoming Furher and the current one and also motivation for him to pursue such a goal is named King Bradley
EDIT: Or it has to do with red, uh, didn't know that.
The King thing still applies to Mustang though

The Communication Error was always the most OP item in the original version, even worse than a Blue Shell, because it didn't have a hard counter. Not even the Fibre Broadband item countered it.

But Splatoon already had a story, including for the Squid Sisters.

They were cousins that won a singing contest and got super popular moving to the big city. This is pretty in line with continuing that narrative, even if it elaborates a bit more. It's not like there wasn't a clear emotional downspiral over the last few Splatfests that got patched up at the end, they've had relationship tension before.

Well I mean

Bowser IS dumb, it's just in the same sense that most villains are. Villainy doesn't really pay that well in his case, he could do better things with his life than constantly try political takeovers. His method of dating Peach could go a bit better, too.

I see potential in Bowser to be a good person, even if he tries to carry his villain card on a billboard. He's self centered, but he cares too much about his family and Peach to be an outright sociopath like half the villains running around. The main issue is that he's been raised from childhood to be evil. Something like that is extremely hard to work past.
