You all remeber when I said I wasnt a failure this semster? I take it back, I am 200% A failure and Ill never be able to succsed in math no matter how hard I try
I was doing so terrible in my LAN Network Sever Tech class that I skipped the last 3 classes (I was going to bomb either way).

I partly blame my teacher's TERRIBLE teaching skills.

But I tryed hard. I tryed so so hard. But I still failed like it doesnt matter if I try hard or not, I am always going to fail either way. Now I have to do the final but Im not sure Ill even do good on that. I might as well give up while I am ahead, whats the point

Well of course you'll fail with that attitude.

It means exactly what I know it means, and MK8DX objectively doesn't warrant the price tag it has going by standard practices in the industry. It's only Nintendo's patently ridiculous pricing policies and brand ego that are causing it to be priced the way it is. Not some carefully calculated value proposition or to make up for some huge development cost, and you know that.

I've already made numerous suggestions in the past about how the game could be improved, such as a more fulfilling online experience that includes unlockables such as menu themes and the like. Really, that's a whole other discussion and I'm not dedicating the time to that, and at this point would be a Mario Kart 9 speculation discussion.

It's irrelevant to my point though. It's a port of a 3 year old game and it should be cheaper than full retail price like most other ports of old games are. I'm sticking to that.
Very well. I still disagree (and I'm a little offended that you think I "know that," as though I'm lying somehow) and overall I believe I'll be getting what I pay for.

But we can agree to disagree. I've no desire to continue this further.

What did you do after that 3rd test? Did you go over the stuff from that test again (better question might actually be - did your teacher give you back your paper)? Or did you move on to other stuff?

If it's the latter, that might have been part of the reason. IMO one of the best ways to study for Maths is to just do questions or take your flawed test papers, then re-study the section of the textbook/notes those questions relate to, with the thing you did wrong in mind. And then re-doing those incorrectly answered questions to see if you've got it this time.

well the 5th test was on a whole different chapter so I couldnt afford to stay studing stuff that was on the 3rd test. I did good on the 4th test but some outside problems aka my parents yelling at me before I went to class for no reason whatsoever made me lose focus and I just couldnt focus during this test

Would it be worth it to buy the Mario Advance series, or just acquire them another way?

For what it's worth, Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3 is my favorite version of SMB3. I'd say that one at the very least is worth it.

The Super Mario Advance games are great remakes of SMB2, SMW, YI, & SMB3. They also add TONS of improvements and new content.

Though it's worth noting the Wii U port of Super Mario Advance 4: SMB3 is the definitive version. It has ALL 38 e-Reader levels preinstalled (26 of them were originally Japan only). If you can't get the Wii U port, there's a ROM hack patch that contains the Wii U's bonus.

I want to get that and the version of SMB 2. It's also quite a bit more interesting than the original.

I don't know if a version of SMB3 can beat the charm of the original for me though, something about the remakes doesn't have the same charm. And I think it has to do with the color palette. SMB3 used a lot of black because of limitations and because later versions aren't nearly as limited they are able to do a lot more colors, which I think changes the feel of the game from aesthetic alone.

Ooh, it's on wii u? Maybe I'll just get that

Sorry to hear about your parents interrupting your studies. I know how that feels.

It doesn't sound like this is your final test, though. If it isn't, see if you can get a hold of a copy of the paper, assuming your teacher didn't already give it to you. If you can get it, you can use it to brush up on weak areas.

But I do still think that an attitude of "I'm going to fail" is not a good thing. Keep your head up, and do your best, if nothing else. Your attitude alone can make a world of difference. I speak from my own very recent experiences with Maths.

The Advance ports were released out of order for whatever reason, so here's a brief guide on which is which.

Advance 1 - SMB2
Advance 2 - SMW
Advance 3 - YI
Advance 4 - SMB3

Mario 3 is the game I've played more than ANY other game, and I've memorized the game so when I play it my actions are kind of relying more on memorization than reacting to anything on screen

This game has changed some stuff and it's kind of freaking me out a little, lol.

Tethu was a real shocker, he managed to beat Rusty and Tempo by one vote. I guess people are excited for Ever Oasis and willing to give him a chance as a fighter. I think his design fits Smash alot, he would definitely be a good playmate for Villager.

Next up are a line up of characters from the GBA to the 3DS since I've gotten these characters for a while (then we will do Wii U stuff). Most of them are Japan-only at best with one having a European release at least. Your choices are Orville from Takt of Magic, Nintendouji from Nintendouji, Demille from Tomato Adventure (I bet someone you remember him), and Raymond Bryce from the Monolith Soft game Disaster: Day of Crisis.

There was a problem fetching the tweet

Let's see which one of these four characters "dance" the most.

I forgot Demille existed from since pre Brawl

I don't think most remember this, I don't even remember who shared it in the first place, but way back then in one of the old NintenZone Social threads, someone shared this Manga called "A Silent Voice" which was, like, really really sad.
Today, I found out they made a movie adaptation
It looks really good too.
Now I just have to find the tike to watch it and prepare myself mentally for whatever happens because I didn't read the manga past the first chapter and the pilot one

The same can be said for the rest of us too.

I'd imagine he might ring more bells to someone than Nintendouji or Orville.

I've always wondered why the US had never gotten Disaster: Day of Crisis. I know Europe did just like they've gotten Another Code R (sequel to Trace Memory).

Don't worry, just keep trying. The key is to identify problem areas and just keep practicing. The final one might be a but easier in the sense you won't get the hardest kind of questions in each topic.

Actually, you'd not be surprised of what kind of stuff has porn just because tentacles.

@Shishœ knows, though at the time I don't think he was focusing on the tentacles.

You can't make fun of weebs, what kind of monster would do such a thing?
First of all, making fun og weebs is great
Second, **** you, I wasn't making fun of someone for being interested in Silent Voice. I ****ing loved it

Meanwhile at Forza

they're kinda just doing a thing

and it actually looks amazing

This just suddenly made me realize how badly I want a modern Hot Wheels game

Turbo Racing on PS1 and Velocity X on PS2 were some of my favorite games in the series by a wide mile. Either gameplay style in modern time would make me so happy.

Going off of the Super Mario Bros. talk earlier, I received this in the mail today:

Am a little ashamed with how much I paid for it, but better that paying for something that's beyond over-valued like Little Samson or not worth playing like various unlicensed titles/Stadium Events.

By watching it legally, the industry gets a profit, making them want to make more good stuff, after that, it'll become more popular and eventually mainstream, so being called a weeb is like someone going "Ha! You inhale oxygen!"

I have to watch anime in illegitimate ways because there's no way to watch most dubs legally where I live.

Sorry, but I don't have money to spend monthly on several streaming services since they're all spread out among them when I'm gonna watch 2-4 anime per season and sometimes binge-watch something old.

Like, I'd have to pay for Crunchyroll and Amazon just to watch two of the anime I'm following right now and Netflix if my family didn't have it already
And besides
>Waiting for Netflix to officially release LWA
I have higher hopes for the EOV localisation to be announced before that comes out
"Ha! You inhale oxygen!"
Lol who even does that anymore, it's so boring, dying feels better
