I'm afraid to say that I wouldn't necessarily agree with that since I am not a JoJo fan (thus meaning I do not understand the characters/overall show in general), but I'll give you credit; its the thought that counts.
That's the great thing with headcanon: you don't give **** about logic. You can just have the most crazy ideas you want because, after all, if you think it's right, then it must be right! Right?

Yep. Though technically he's a dhampir which is the child of a vampire and human. They have no weaknesses of a vampire, but magically they don't have dark magic as powerful as their vampire parent's.(In this case Alucard still has incredibly powerful magic considering he's Dracula's son.) They also have super strength, speed, immortality/prolonged life. etc

They also have super strength, speed, immortality/prolonged life. etc
Another example of a dhampir would be Blade. Though he doesn't have any magic, once again he doesn't have any vampire weaknesses, aside from having to ingest blood.(Though castlevania vampires don't need to do this, but in Castlevania a vampire/Dhampir is pretty much easily one of the strongest things you could be which is why there's hardly any.)
But do you know what Blade is? A vampire HUNTER. Coincidence?

Haven't found that yet, but I did find the Labyrinths. And geez, it's amazing how despite being able to climb the walls and look from the top, it's still a big pain to actually get to the shrines in them.

IDK, I haven't watched hellsing yet, but Alucard is pretty powerful. It's hard to tell exactly because video game characters in general are usually restricted in showing canon power in gameplay. But some notable things about him are:

1. He's the son of Dracula who's the lord of all evil, pretty much the Satan of castlevania.
2. Was awakened because he sensed the castle, meaning that the usual belmont didn't complete their job. He's pretty much the one who kicks Dracula's *** when all else fails.
3. Defeated Richter Belmomt in combat, who's likely the strongest Belmont ever.
4. Defeated Dracula at full power.

You yourself are a Sailor Scout, but the reason they never included you on the show was because you're too busy playing Overwatch to even meet the others

Oh, I see... Well, I'm not down all the time, honestly; it's just on occasion. Its mainly been a result of absolute boredom, having headaches, or other stuff that sometimes results me into looking like I'm down. Regardless, I'm trying to approve. As for the good grief part of it, I will admit I do tend to say that quite a lot, but... maybe you're just pretending you saw the other times that I ended up saying good grief? That must be it.
I'm too powerful that there'd be no reason for the rest to even become Sailor Scouts so that's why I never help them.
That's actually not the problem. The shrines are inside the walls of the Labyrinths with only a couple bars preventing easy access(they open when you get to the Shrine). Basically, even if you climbed up, you certainly can't get to them from above. At the same time, the corridors to get to them can't be seen from above, so you basically have no choice but to explore the Labyrinth in order to find them.
