- This new Street Fighter compilation which is basically nearly the entire series

Granted MvCI is still looking pretty cheap but if DMC5 is indeed happening we're looking at a new era.

OLM and WIT Studios are in charge of animating the movie, and judging by Ash's hat, this movie is a continuation from I Choose You. It's also the first Pokemon movie that won't be directed by Kunihiko Yuyama. Instead, it will be directed by Tetsuo Yajima.

The movie is going for a newer art style as well. Ash's eyes look a bit odd, but I think I'll get used to them overtime.

Huh, I just found out that the Champion's Ballad DLC also added diaries you can read, written by the four champions.

The Mipha one was the one I found and it's adorable but also heartbreaking.

She was trying to incorporate Link's sword techniques into her spear techniques, which is adorable.

Also she first met Link when he was four years old, and he was already beating grown men in sword sparring at that age.

Now this is intriguing. Are we done with movies set in the current seasons region? I actually like the alternate story idea. I choose you was really good it just didn’t need all the plot points it had but I didn’t think it’s pacing was that bad but did need work. I can’t wait to see where this goes. The art style and ash design is really solid.

Paper Mario for the Switch anybody? I want a good one that has experience and story because Sticker Star and Color Splash were very disappointing. Especially a remastered Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.

One thing for sure is the characters and style looks a lot more anime than it did before.

. I thought the same but at least they made up lore to connect it to Ho-oh and we get an explanation for its actions near the end. It’s similar to one of the plot points from lucario and the mystery of mew.

Looking over at Serebii it seems that the common speculation is that it may be a reimagining of Pokémon 2000 (Lugia's movie) . The reason for that is the music that plays during the segment with the girl matches the notes used in the first few seconds of Lugia's song in the Japanese version. If that's the case, then it'll be interesting to see what kind of take they'll do with the movie since it's bound to have some Gen 7 influence (especially with Zeraora in play).

Anyway, I'm glad that they're continuing the new continuity idea. While I had a number of issues with I Choose You (namely, some of the forced advertising and the handling of most of the side characters) I do think the ideology of having a story that's separate from the main series would work better with the movies since then you have a lot more freedom and don't have to develop and accommodate for what you're forced to bring over. So as long as they improve on the ideas they had with the previous movie, this one could be a good entry for the series.

I'm pretty sure Nintendo themselves has pinned the blame on Mario and Luigi for taking up the niche they arbitrarily decided existed.

Intelligent Systems has like three different teams, Fire Emblem can do whatever and it's not Paper Mario's problem.

I just hope they get more into the characters and make Subspace harder ( even in Intensity mode, it felt easy. ) I said this a while ago in the Smash for Switch discussion area, but still. Tabuu was kind of easy in Intense mode and had no character development. They do not have to talk, but I just want more emotion and character building in the next Subspace, as well as more funny moments.

Tabuu was kind of easy in Intense mode and had no character development. They do not have to talk, but I just want more emotion and character building in the next Subspace, as well as more funny moments.

I don't know if this helps as a whole, but. . .

As a boss, Metal Face is a beautiful all-purpose asset for a new Subspace. Just the perfect mix of hilariously cartoonish and disturbingly remorseless without being too small to be interesting or too big to even work as a 2D boss. And he doesn't care who he follows the orders of as long as they let him cause chaos, so he can work with anyone.

I have a ton of minor fanfiction ideas in my head, but most of them probably aren't that relevant. Unless they are. I mean, Annas being followed around by throngs of Nopons could be useful for something, right??

Hmm, what ideas do you have? Metal Face would be an interesting choice because a character that only wants to work with someone to cause chaos is actually an interesting concept.
