There are actually people who think Fascism isn't a right wing ideology, my only guess as to why this is because of the utter failure that is the current American Education system, for when it comes to teaching basic politics.

Many people who lean right and left would say they are. After all, their regimes tick all the boxes and yet both were recorded to be rather left leaning individuals.

The fact of the matter is that fascism has occurred in both right and left leaning states for a variety of reasons with huge historical contexts that point to and ignore both right and left ideologies. It's not inherently an element of one side unless you have a strange idea of what the right and left are.



Then again, the political right and political left have definitions that are all over the place anymore. Ask ten different people and get ten different answers.

Opinion: Monster Hunter World is a bad business decision.

For a really long time Monster Hunter was at its peak BECAUSE it was on a portable system. Releasing it as a PS4 console exclusive alienates all those fans who loved it for so long for being a portable adventure, so basically all of Japan and a decent percentage of other countries. World's pretty graphics and undeniable legacy may bring on a few new players but in the end Monster Hunter had traditionally been a rather niche series, one that was FAR more popular during it's portable days than otherwise, and being that way it's only going to appeal to a rather small audience from the get go. I believe that almost all the games that broke 1 million in the series were on portable consoles.

So why then, did they decide that making a high budget PS4 exclusive Monster Hunter would be in their best interest? I honestly don't see the logic in it.

I follow a guy on twitter who makes good videos and absolutely LOVES Monster Hunter and he's been frustrated too as portability wasn't just efficient, but also better for multiplayer, his only friend interested will get the PC version and Because Sony pulled the Nintendo excuse, no crossplay. Either Sony made a contract or Capcom could and should have at least made a Switch port. Plus, there are still people bitter about no Monster Hunter XX localization which was for Switch and 3DS

Thing is, a Fascist state will still have mostly private companies, so by their very political nature of Mao and Stalin having mostly everything state owned in The Soviet Union and China, they can't be Fascists, and I wouldn't call them communists since they kind of moved heavily away from what the guy who popularised the idea of communism, who is Karl Marx, and well his version of communism has the workers owning the means of production, this basically means factory workers own the factory, farmer workers own the farm and shop employees own the shop etc. And by the way the idea of workers owning the place they owned, exist long before Lincoln was elected as President. So Mao and Stalin are authoritarian socialists, not Fascists, since they didn't allow for Private businesses, which are in the root of Capitalism, which is a right wing idea. And by the way Regulated Capitalism is a centrist idea, since it acknowledges that the majority of rich in the USA can't be trusted not to hoard all the money like they did before FDR forced them to actually start paying their fair share of the taxes.

Although going to be honest, I don't know much about Mao when he ruled China, and how much of the history is made up BS from USA Cold War time propaganda, and how much is actually because of Mao's policy, I can defiantly say the whole cult of personality thing, yeah he should have done that. But I'm not really sure how much of an asshole we can say he was, we know for sure Stalin was 100% a jerk, but Mao's harder, cause well he did do a lot of good for China's lower classes in away, and well is he more of case like the USA Presidents in the Cold War era, you know with the whole letting the FBI and CIA running rampant around the world*. And Mao kind of had an unexpected Famine and drought hit when he ruled, and as much as people want to blame Mao for that, that's kind of out of politicians control. Though he probably could of done more to alleviate it, like how most politicians can actually alleviate a lot of natural disasters. Basically I'm saying Mao did good and a lot of bad, just like how JFK and Nixon did a lot of good and bad as well. BTW, not saying I support the idea of Mao, just saying its hard to get a clear picture of him, since the Chinese government glorifies him to much, and the USA government started to believe the Cold War propaganda they printed about China. Stalin's a lot easier since Russia declassified a bunch of documents of the horrible **** Stalin got up to.

You know its kind of sad just how hard it is to get a read on the Cold War era outside of all the good stuff, because of the relentless propaganda campaigns done by the Soviet Union and the USA, and the history books not really talking about the unethical stuff other Governments get up to besides the Soviet Union, when looking at declassified Documents show the CIA was just as bad as the KGB.

*This is referring to the CIA's constant meddling in South America's governments and the FBI's clearly racily and classist bend policy of deliberately targeting Black and lower class Americans for simply having left ideas, like expanding social safety net and ending Segregation, as well as other crimes like the human experimentation.

Well cut down, basically Fascists support a heavily privatised and largely unregulated Capitalism, since Nazi Germany abolished a lot labour laws Germany had.

Also sorry I had to get the whole Cold War thing off my chest, cause I'm sick of the narrative the USA were the good guys during the cold war, when they committed just as many crimes and unethical **** the Soviet Union did. I actually want a story that actually tells the truth about the cold war, that being it was literally every single government using one thing or another to eliminate the enemy or one up them.
