So...................Camilla beat Lyn in the Voting Gauntlet in FEHeroes. She won because Lyn got too far ahead and she got the bonus multiplier......I'm pretty sure you want to avoid all Fire Emblem forums for a while.

Edit: To be more specific, Camilla got the "Falling behind" multiplier that was added in the second or third Gauntlet. Basically, if a character is really falling behind on the points, they get a bonus multiplier that increases the amount of points their team gets to allow them to catch up to the winning side.
Apparently, Lyn got too far ahead near the end of the time limit and Camilla got a 7.3 Bonus multiplier to catch up with her.....Camilla pretty much steamrolled by her. Camilla won because she got the bonus Multiplier just in time.

I couldn't be bothered with the Fire Emblem voting gauntlet at all, but this bonus multiplier is literally the stupidest thing I ever seen in a popularity vote....

Because that means popularity doesn't actually win...in a popular vote...

I can understand the salt, but at least this way it's a bit more interesting than simple arithmetic of whoever scored higher than the other in the CYL contest beats their opponent. Camilla also overcame Tharja which according to the original poll is an upset. Either way, these gauntlets aren't ever going to be deep/strategic, it's just a little event among the casts and it's best to think nothing more of it.

If anything I'd like to be positive about all of this, maybe it'll cause 3rd and 4th place winners to also get Brave versions. Imagine a new Hector, Chrom, Camilla, and Tharja banner. Best not to get my hopes up, but I do wonder what types of units they would be.

Oh my God, Grant Kirkhope is at the top of his ****ing game in Mario + Rabbids. Like, damn, this is a great soundtrack. You can definitely tell he has some serious love for it.

Haven't made it very far but favorites from the first world.


I'm really enjoying the game so far. Expectedly though, my least favorite part is that there is just way to damn few characters. Especially considering 4 of them are Rabbid versions of the other 4.

Honestly, though, the soundtrack itself sold me on the whole game. Not to mention it has some undeniable charm. Even with those constantly yelling little ****ers.

Tbh, the rabbids barly yell in the game from what I saw also Rabbid Peach is the best

I think that's the general problem with the Voting Gauntlet as a concept: It's trying to be a popularity contest at its core while also trying to avoid curbstomps where there's little enjoyment in playing and it's can't seem to reach that balance. They have to heavily favor one side or the other to make the current system work and since that means either screwing over the winner or leaving the loser in the dust, neither option of which has many fans and the mode is struggling to find its footing.

At this point, I think the best thing for the Voting Gauntlet is to get the whole thing overhauled and try to find a balance between favoring the winner and the loser. One option I've seen kicked around is taking cues from Splatoon and having player performance factor into the amount of points you get. That way, even if the winning team has more people the losing one still has a fighting chance since if they're better in battle they can contribute more points to their team then multiple people who are just joining in to get the rewards. It'd also fix one of the major problems of the current system since there are too many benefits for not playing the mode (ex. either the winning side does it to curb the chance of a multiplier, or the losing side does it to widen the gap and get the multiplier) which goes against the point of the mode since the reason it exists is to have players get involved and enjoy it.

Anyway, on a positive note, FE: Heroes released a schedule for the month and it looks like we may get a new banner on the 15th if the 'New Heroes Log-In bonus' is any indication.

I suppose that depends on if this game is truly connected to it somehow, or is merely a spiritual successor like Final Fantasy sequels are.

For someone who have finished the first Xenoblade Chronicles I can assure you that Alrest has nothing to do with the first game. The concept where people live on titans is similar. Only this time is multiple titans and not just Bionis and Mechonis.
Takahashi did say this Xenoblade is back to story driven like the first game, but it will still have the exploration of X.

Not yet...Only my second full playthrough of Fusion so far...first for obvious reasons wasn't aware of how the game pulls you along the story by the end of the game...

Fusion's fairly tricky for 100% since I have to avoid Nav Rooms like the plague after getting the Screw Attack...but I have seen gameplay for some of the Screw Attack puzzles...Zero Mission also has it's share of fun and challenging screw attack puzzles...

Yeah, I used a guide for my first 100% run, it gets easy to let the game railroad you along.

Zero Mission felt more organic in that sense, although I felt its puzzles were easier. Although admittedly having done Fusion first may have prepared me for Zero Mission in that regard. I'm also 90% sure Fusion has more pickups as well.

I just watched the entire video.

And I don't know if I have to say it was funny or sad.

God, they actually made Tien worse than motherfreaking Yamcha.

Atleast he is a funny joke and people love him for that. But Tien? He actually became worse on everything, power, popularity, plot, fanbase, etc...

Now, I really hope he get in DBFighterZ. Because if he does, that's probably the best thing he could ever have.

But then again, Japan hate Tien for some reason. And Akira probably forgot him for the 10 times and would just wish to not use him anymore so that he can have less character to think about. (He erased Lunch, who had a relationwith Tien, just because he thought that peoples would be confused that she had blond hair like Super Sayian have)

So yeah, I'm not even a Tien fan and I feel freaking sad for him. How in the heck did this video did this?
