This gif pretty much sums up my current Switch activity...

Having a lot of fun with both Shantae and Shovel Knight...

While playing Shantae I was stuck for a bit in the airship stage but eventually pushed through...Couldn't get past the lasers but ended up upgrading to an invincibility shield which allowed me to walk by...
Now as I'm progressing I'm getting more power-ups and transformations and more areas are opening up to me, making things even more fun...Tiny Mouse Shantae lul

Shovel Knight's definitely really fun...Some pretty challenging but clever platforming in some areas, and the bosses are pretty fun as well...I find myself replaying some levels a couple times to see if I can uncover some other hidden secrets...I like the overworld events that happen as well, sometimes a boss fight or sometimes it's a little treasure mini-game, really neat...
Also dad-jokes...lol



Also downloaded Blaster Master Zero as I did enjoy the demo when I played it, only got around to downloading it recently...I like how the game feels a lot like a love-child for 2D Metroids and 2D Zeldas...
Also downloaded the Shantae DLC since it was still free so wynaut...Of course appropriately enough Shovel Knight's on the way as well...

Sorry if this is a late response, but I'd be happy to give some responses:
1: Pretty Excited, but not so much to buy it immediately - I'll wait on reviews and content before finally deciding on my purchase.
2: Hyrule Warriors was a blast.
3: Bought both, but most of my mileage was on Wii U.
4 and 5 - HW was my only experience with the Musou series.
7: The Awakening cast so far has my attention, but I'm going to look forward to what Marth and Tiki have to bring to the table.
8: Marth's fine, but he's pretty bland from SD. Hopefully we see some characterisation from him
9: Definitely one of my favourite Lords from the series - good sense of leadership, kindhearted yet strong, and great that he got his chance after Smash 4 humiliated him.
10: Lissa has some nice character development in her supports - kind and funny, and I definitely took a lot of joy in promoting her to War Cleric - glad she's bringing the axe to FE:W.
11: Frederick is my favourite 'Oifrey' character - dutiful to a fault and lots of hilarious moments (Making the naked posters of Chrom and distributing across the camp was hilarious) and one of the best Critical Quotes - "Pick a God and pray!" So I'm looking forward to seeing him in FE:W.
12: Robin >>>>Corrin
13: Lucina's a nice character, definitely one I'd consider a favourite.
14, 15 and 16 - My opinion on Fates has waded to the extent that I don't really care about it a lot anymore.
17: The original characters don't excite me a lot.
18: Robin was my main alongside Shulk until Roy came along.
19: I'd say Robin and Chrom.
20: The original characters don't excite me.
21: Roy, Ike and Lyndis.

Also - These Tekken players at EVO are in a completely different league than me...

While Mirror got buffed quite a bit, this is wrong when Hammer and ESP exist. Not to mention people have been getting mileage from Ice in the arenas

ESP absolutely MURDERS bosses. It's also got a dash attack which removes Kirby's hurtbox for a maximum of 4 seconds I believe?
