I was just thinking about Pokemon for Switch.

Do you guys think the graphical upgrade will be huge?

It'll be big enough that Pokemon Company is sweating just thinking of tackling it.

But since it's them, that's not really that much of an indication of how big it'll be, LOL.

What I would PREFER is if they stick with the animesque artstyle they've had for the past two gens and keep expanding on that rather than going into the hyperrealism that some people seem to drool over but would end up aging horribly, just bump it up to a higher definition and polish up the region itself.

I really don't think it's going to be "Switch Quality". I think they are just going to increase the quality of the models they already have some

Only cheese I like is American and Swiss. Chedder is too thick and leaves a meh taste in my mouth. Too much flavor to handle. Pepperjack is a bit better, but just not for me.

Cheese dip is another story. But I haven't had enough lately to really judge which kinds I'd like. My taste buds sometimes change, after all.

It's going from handheld to console. It sorta has to be otherwise, it'll just appear underwhelming as hell. Unless it's some aesthetic it's going for, why come to switch and look marginally better than a handheld game?

I decided to try to dig up an interview that's relevant to Pokemon on Switch in order to contribute to the conversation. It was a bit harder to find one of the articles that reported on it now that Pokemon Switch is announced, LOL.

Basically knowing what we know now there's a definite implication that both graphics and gameplay are gonna get a bit of a tweak.

Huge for Pokémon? Probably. Huge in general? Lol no.

Honestly, Pokemon's graphics has never really meant anything to me when playing the game. I guess I wouldn't mind seeing more higher quality models. But really, its not important.

Never were. More dedicated threads in the actual forum has specific restrictions, but it's a social thread. That's where people talk about whatever is their fancy. As long as it's not against the rules, of course.

Also, Quintin Flynn, the voice actor for Axel, has been making some weird KH related tweets tonight, mostly quoting Axel lines. He's also trying to get Jesse McCartney, the voice actor of Roxas and Ventus, in on the conversation. Maybe Axel and Roxas will be making an appearance in the new trailer?

I'm horrendously out of practice and was never any good in the first place, but a little Smash never hurt anyone.

When Alm encounters the possessed Celica, it was originally planned that the player would have to fight Celica as Alm. Okay yeah im playing sonic 1 on a phone, but this level's concept is atrocious.

it's the second world of a game based on speed and the entire zone is based on. . .waiting.

hell, parts are even designed to punish you for going fasrt, like insta kill spikes rhat show up when running away from lava.

For correction I guess, it's actually Octopus to be exact. Squids are kind of hard to chew if you use them for Takoyaki.

I remember it took me a while to find a stock in my local video game retail stores. Previous month most of them said they couldn't even ship any units due to the scarcity of Switch stock... it until I saw a store that is know for repairing consoles and mod Wiis

I hope they have huge region scale details upgrade but as for character designs still stick to the original anime design similar to how Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is like now.
