I'm not really sure how Gunvolt would work in a fighting game like that. Maybe he could work somewhat like Mega Man in that one arcade fighter exclusive to Japan?

I don't know, looks like a relatively standard fighter to me. If Mega Man can function in all the Vs. Capcom games I don't see why Gunvolt couldn't work here.

Cave Story I suppose, that's what people are saying they recognize, but I guess it could apply to anything. Personally I wouldn't buy a fighter solely for a single character. I guess to each their own.

Hey if people can say Smash 4 is terrible because one character they wanted wasn't in it. Why not?

For me probably not. Though it would depend on the game and the character specifically. Right now, the game is a maybe for me, but if there's any other interesting characters, I might get it.

If it was the main character, that's a bit of a different story.

If this game didn't have Curly Brace and the apparent promise of more familiar faces few would care.

I like everyone from the first Smash. I don't play as all of em, but I like them all.

Because when you compare the smash movesets to traditional fighters, Smash is kind of bare-bones in the number of moves...
