I miss getting new evolutions to old Pokemon. They always made for some of the best additions imo. Respect to GF for trying new stuff with Mega Evolutions and Alolan forms (though the latter seems to be fairly overtly trying to cash in on the genwunners like me), but for my money they're not the same. I hope Gen VIII returns to it, but I'm doubtful.

okay having counted every pokemon by writing them out yes there are 81 if we count the ultra beasts and while im down to count them its very possible they arnt pokemon and even then theres a chance 4 of the new ub's are forms ala rockruff

Playing the demo, it could actually be the case that HMs are gone. The Poke Rider works WAY differently than I thought. You can summon Pokemon to you seemingly at any time. So, Tauros would be your bike and Rock Smash. Sharpedo is your Surf. Charizard is your Fly.

I was 'given' the Tauros page as a gift from the professor. So as you progress, I guess you're given more Rider Pages.

I wonder why there seems to be less event Pokemon. It was pretty silly that there was a much event Pokemon as there was standard legendaries in the previous game but with the Tapus, Su/Mo duo and possibly Ultra Beasts that should be as much of an issue this time around.

Pikipek's final evo looks amazing! Definitely going to use one in my team even when I've already Robinroot.
Komala not evolving is really surprising, unless it has good stats it's going to be gen VII's forgotten Pokémon.
Garfield looks great and the Diglett-line is based on the Three Stooges?
