Call me skeptical. The leak that mentioned an Alolan Arcanine has been extremely reliable on basic stuff so far--its only mistakes have been small details like missing one of the Alolan Forms' types. If it says there's an alternate Arcanine, there's reason to believe it, even if it might not be pure Water.

Plus, I've heard of people elsewhere questioning that the website really does debunk the chance of Alolan Forms happening. I forget the exact logic, but...

I would agree, but the thing with the Bewear leak is that for all it gets right in other areas, it seems to have a bad track record with the actual Alolan forms. Of the two that are confirmed and are on its list, Ninetales wasn't Fire type, and it missed the Normal typing of Raticate. Of the rest, along with Arcanine, the Abra line and the Butterfree line were all seen around Alola, with Alakazam being used in the recent trailer against Type: Null and Butterfree being seen across multiple, including the most recent one. So that's two Pokémon that it flubbed some details on, and three that are implied to not have Alolan forms within the games. So it's not like there isn't reasonable doubt to believe that he flubbed on the details here, and it's especially the case since two official sources have now implied that Arcanine doesn't get an Alolan form.

I would like to see Alolan Arcanine myself, I was warming up to the idea after my initial disbelief and I really wanted to see how they pulled it off, but more and more information is just not aligning for that scenario. I could be mistaken, but I feel there's good reason to consider that the rumor just got that detail wrong. It doesn't detract from what he's gotten right, but it does mean you can't take everything he says to be true. We already experienced that with both the Gematsu and XY leaks, which also got details wrong, so this may just as well be another case of that.

Of all the game listed under Interplay's library the only two that they still have (i.e. not Fallout and the Lost Vikings) that I think are hot property are Earthworm Jim and Clayfighter. We now live in a time where 3D graphics are good enough to pretend to be claymation so there's a lot of stuff that can be done with the premise.

Happy birthday to Crash (for real this time)! As a longtime fan of the series, I still occasionally revisit the Naughty Dog games and enjoy them, plus TwinSanity was good too. Hopefully all goes well with the remasters and the titular bandicoot finally makes his comeback after over half a decade of absence.

so i did something i dont normally do and clicked on a versilify video and shock of all shocks the clickbait was actually something worht talking about an almost clearly visable in the new trailer new pokemon

Okay guys i did a bit of sleuthing on the mystery pokemon in the water Z move and got it as best i could and as cleanly as i could

we can now distinctly make out hands arms and a tounge as well as eyes and what appears to be the back of its neck curving over i think we can confirm this as salandits evolution

This could be it, but I think it's Salandit standing up. At worlds they used silhouette artwork this year and one of them was of salandit standing up. It looking like this pretty much. It's hard to tell the difference though if this is an evolution.

That whole reboot theory thing again. . .

I skimmed another video from the guy in the sidebar, and the situation became more clear.

His specific reason for the reboot is because he thinks Game Freak should do the ultimate nostalgia pandering, getting rid of the majority of Pokemon outside of Generations 1-2 and redesigning every Pokemon past Gen 1 included to look like those from Gen 1. In an MMO. With a "darker storyline."

And he flat out said they would be idiots to not do this.

You'd think so but when Apple decreed that Flash wouldn't work on it's systems suddenly it was declared a horrible buggy mess despite everyone else using it and supporting it beforehand. Won't be to surprised if we see a million articles saying that headphones don't have to be your audience anymore in the coming days.
