Well, bad news for the Kanto Pokémon on the Sun and Moon site. Famitsu just posted an article about the games and these two scans popped up with the Pokémon on them. According to a user on Bulbapedia, the page reads "along with new Pokémon and Alolan forms, there are a lot of other Pokémon that live in the region, and these are just a part of them", which describes the Pokémon separate of the new Alolan forms. So unfortunately, that severely dents the chances of Pokémon like Dragonite, Crobat, and Arcanine getting Alolan forms (Z-moves and forms are still on the table though).

As long as I'll get my Poison/Fighting Nidoking, I'm fine.

On the bright side, there may've been a sneak peak at a new Pokémon in the recent trailer. Zeb over at Bulbapedia caught this image from the trailer and you can see an upright grey Pokémon getting thrown around in the whirlpool. It doesn't seem like an old Pokémon, so the common guess is so far that it's a new one, probably an evolution of Salandit. You can see more images here if you want to see a bit more.

I feel like if Z-forms were a thing we would've seen them by now, but that's just me.

Also no Water Arcanine is damn disappointing. Seeing Pinsir in that scan kinda stung too.

During the last trailer that came out, the trainer did some kind of special Z-move pose where there was no fire in the background and the Z-Bracelet glowed rainbow colors than exploded in a burst of rainbow light

Call me skeptical. The leak that mentioned an Alolan Arcanine has been extremely reliable on basic stuff so far--its only mistakes have been small details like missing one of the Alolan Forms' types. If it says there's an alternate Arcanine, there's reason to believe it, even if it might not be pure Water.

Plus, I've heard of people elsewhere questioning that the website really does debunk the chance of Alolan Forms happening. I forget the exact logic, but...

so i did something i dont normally do and clicked on a versilify video and shock of all shocks the clickbait was actually something worht talking about an almost clearly visable in the new trailer new pokemon
regardless of how you feel about him this is worth a watch mostly because its clearly not snubble from what we can see

we can now distinctly make out hands arms and a tounge as well as eyes and what appears to be the back of its neck curving over i think we can confirm this as salandits evolution

doing a comparison the coloration on the legs its mostly the darker color as opposed to the rest of the body

this is diffrent from salandit whos legs and body make up the same color and its feet are of the same coloration as its head ie the same as this mystery pokemon/salandit evo

dosent match up completely this is in contrast to litten getting hit by the sae z move which matches up perfectly when getting hit by a regular move
while its very likely that it is salandit andthe coloration is off due to the compression that youtube does
i will still posit that the pokemons proportions are larger than salandit should be at that distance and whats more its arms remain in a near constant state of being up when you can see it

Why?

The game looks pretty good?

It has the DmC (and Judgement) issue of some "rebooted" characters in design and personality that felt very off for people.

It also had some of those... how do I put "easilly common action game" flaws from what I remember. Large enemies that very much overstay their welcome; multiply this for grand scale bosses. Reliance on some QTE stuff. The kind of "God of War Clone-y" complaints you'd expect any game to get, even if it didn't follow GoW's formula to a T.

Note: I haven't played Lords of Shadow, this is what I /believe/ I remember hearing so take everything about mechanics with a heavy grain of salt because that might not be me drawing from the right discussions/reviews.

I thought Lords of Shadow was a good game. It barely resembles any of the previous Castlevania games, but I found it to be enjoyable in its own right.

I'd love to have the SNES games on Wii U and New 3DS Virtual Console... and of course, Earthworm Jim would be a pretty awesome addition to the Smash roster.

Because it's not so much Castlevania as it is Devil May Cry or God of War. Mirror of Fate on the 3DS however is a midpoint between the two Castlevania styles. I don't think they're bad games but they don't have the same charm as the originals. Try them out by all means though, you may like them.

Daily FireRed Update (Posting this early because I'll might not be able to progress anymore today):

I got through Silph Co today and got my Lapras in the process, and after I received him, I got out of the building and grinded him all the way up to lv 40. Wasn't as long as I expected
I named him Poseidon because that's the best name I could come up with, although I would've named it Tessie without a doubt if it was a girl. However, the first Lapras with a Modest nature that I got was male, so I went with Poseidon instead.
I also beat Koga's gym and got through the Safari Zone (I caught a bunch of Pokemon today, as well) and it wasn't as terrible as I remembered. Probably because what I remember is from the original Blue because that was a longer playthrough, and I had a terrible expirience witht that game.
Once I got the HM for surf, I surfed all the way to Cinnabar and revived my Dome Fossil and Old Amber. I decided to get an Aerodactyl as my final Team member (Well, I actually planned to get it before I even started my playthrough) and I got a Jolly Aerodactyl on my second Soft reset. I nicknamed it Ridley because despite me not being too familliar with Metroid, I thought it was a fitting nickname.
Also, the team is finally complete, although I still need to grind up Ridley ALOT.

I don't know about you guys, I might skip this Pokemon. It's getting a little too wild for my taste. Too much junk that I won't use like z moves. Alola forms are fine I guess but everything else just seems so overwhelming. In one sense I guess it's cool to add on to Pokemon, but I couldn't stand in X and Y the whole feeding and petting your Pokemon. It just took from the flow of the game.

We consider this an important initiative and we hope to find other ways user mods can be available for our PlayStation audience. However, until Sony will allow us to offer proper mod support for PS4, that content for Fallout 4 and Skyrim on PlayStation 4 will not be available.

Here's hoping Nintendo addresses it in some way like with a tweet mention AW's 15th anniversary. It might not be the anniversary of the Wars series as a whole but still.

Also for what it's worth for the Wars 25th anniversary in 2013 Nintendo released Advance Wars: Days of Ruin in Japan via a Club Nintendo reward to celebrate the series anniversary when it previously hadn't released the game before in that region so it's not like they never did anything for Wars before.

I imagine with Blizzard making more money than most counties with WoW they bought the rights back a while ago. Fallout, while also an interplay work was bought by Bethesda too but there was the Fallout MMO saga.
