I'd love a new Kid Icarus game as much as anyone else but NeoGaf seems to think they're faker than fake from what I've read.

I'm not getting my hopes up but I'm A-OK if I'm wrong about us not getting a new Kid Icarus game yet.

For the record, it's not like Sakurai is the ONLY one who would be interested to use the IP, it's just that the first revival attempt last generation was by a smaller studio and got canned.

Someone might take up the mantle eventually, I just don't expect it to be Retro since that's everyone's go-to fantasy studio. If we're lucky we might get something later in the generation, since I don't expect them to be working on it right now but if the system really is a hybrid then without having to make two versions of several IPs some of the developers might have more spare time down the road. . .

I don't know what to say.... Wishiwashi I could totally see, That raichu is pretty cool though. I like the type and the way it's tails a surf board. These show no major errors so I don't know about validity. Hope it's real. I want that raichu. At the same time, he's ignored, so it be surprising to see this. Hope it's real though.

Welp; if this is true, Alolan Raichu is our first Electric/Psychic Pokemon, which I honestly wouldn't mind since Raichu needs more love anyway. The fact Electric Psychic as a dual type can resist Steel, Flying, Electric, Fighting, and Psychic gives it key resistances to some pretty high damaging types (specifically to Flying and Fighting and perhaps Psychic), despite it having weaknesses to Ground, Bug, Ghost, and Dark (which could probably be solved with a Dark/Ice Type as a partner or maybe Ice Punch/Knock Off if it can learn both of those moves).

Well, based on an interview from after Tropical Freeze I'm guessing they'd be happy to work on both of the IPs they have before but that's simply not what's on their plate right now.

And I mean, it's technically two. But it'll certainly be interesting to see what they do with something that isn't a fountain of Super Nintendo nostalgia for people.

Looking back, this really IS the most leaked generation by far.

I don't remember Gen 4 getting anything leaked, Gen 5 had it's entire dex leaked but that was a mere 2 weeks before the games came out, Gen 6 only really got "leaked" by the people who had the game early (blame Canadians).
