I've played the original Kirby's Dreamland, Kirby's Adventure, a couple of Gameboy spinoffs, and Triple Deluxe.
I don't think I gave enough credit to a couple of the level themes so far the way I worded that, there's actually been some really good stuff, it's just been more the relaxing kind of good, which I don't usually like as much as I do here so I'm not sure how to describe it. Mostly it's just that I haven't made it far enough in for the songs types I like best in Kirby to kick in, namely the major boss themes.
It's a bit above par compared to most Kirby level music from what I've listened to so far, the better songs lift it pretty far up even if some don't leave as strong of a mark. Much like the rest of what I've seen so far it's a jump over Triple Deluxe, though. I loved Triple Deluxe's final boss themes, but I didn't really like stuff like Floral Fields. The tone of Robobot has kept the music from being too overly fluffy so far early in, and there's some songs I might very well listen to if there's a sound test again from what I've gone through already. Hopefully this means the major boss themes are somehow even better.
