Oh yeah. Never really played the Naruto games, aside from the 2nd one on the gamecube, but I remember hearing Kishimoto made an outfit for Lars in Tekken 6.

Rash was an awesome choice for KI. Captain Planet isn't a guest though, he's just straight up a Cartoon Network guy.

I never played it, but I think Rash in Killer Instinct is really cool.
Wreck-It Ralph in Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed was great too, as with Banjo and Kazooie in the first game.
But Kratos in Hot Shots Golf beats all.

I should say that I personally like Spawn being in Soul Calibur 2. It's a strange choice, but kind of works since Spawn's got a demonic motif going on.

Missed opportunity not having Medieval Spawn though.

The Pokemon movie reveal surprised me at first because I didn't expect they'd go back to when the series started, but now that I think about, the premise for this movie is perfect. It's going to be the 20th Pokemon movie, and what better way to celebrate it by looking back to when Ash started his journey!

That's what I was thinking too! In fact, I think Ash-Pikachu will be the main event Pokemon for this movie. The stars line up for it pretty well.

My prediction how the generation 7 movies, in terms of the event legendaries that will star in them, will play out:

• 2017: Ash-Pikachu
• 2018: Marshadow
• 2019: Generation 8 Pokemon

^This is assuming gen 7 lasts only 3 years

I predict Mew will star either in the 2018 or 2019 movie due to its exclusive Z-move that was also found in the S/M datamine.

20th Movie Quick Thoughts:

• Original Music is cool. Makes me miss the original English VAs...
  
• The poster looks like Sugimori art, but I'm not entirely sure? Either way, this might be my favorite movie poster from the series thus far. I'd love to get that framed.
  
• I wonder what the animation style for the movie itself will be? Sun/Moon's style seems wrong for multiple reasons in what this movie seems to be going for. Maybe we'll get an animated version of Sugimori's art style for the first time?
  
• Without spoiling it, this will definitely tie into the "hatted" event Pokemon & Z-Move found during hacking.
• Ash's hat is slightly different from the original. Not sure if I'm complaining or nit picking here...
• I wouldn't be surprised if it's a flashback movie that covers the entire series (those seem to be common place in Japan). Though I could also see it being a full story if they have it take place between X/Y & Sun/Moon when he's in Pallet Town.
