If you don't know, he's Norimaro who was a joke character in the Japanese release of Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter (but fully coded yet disabled in the US arcade port)

Though I say his odds ever existing again is zero to zero.

I'm now SOS Chaining Eevee. This is the goal: to obtain a 4IV Hidden Ability Female Eevee.

Because Eevee has multiple evolutions I'm interested in (Vaporeon, Jolteon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon and Sylveon), I'm going to attempt to catch the best Eevee I can- that was I can breed it and get near flawless Eevee I can train and evolve later.

In order to do this, I have temporarily taught my Kartana False Swipe with Smart Strike to ensure Eevee doesn't get an edge with Sand-Attack. I also have over 200 Leppa Berries, so I believe I'm all set.

It's KOs. Every ten KOS, the pokemon gets 1 additional iv. At a chaining of 40, they automatically get 4ivs and have a 1 in 25 chance of having 5 or 6ivs.
