I got a Quiet one that could work as a mixed attacker using:
Giga Drain
Shadow Ball/Shadow Claw
Gyro Ball
Earthquake/Rock Slide

Adamant IMO is the way to go. Or whatever the +Def -SpAtk nature is.

Rapid Spin
Power Whip
Anchor Shot
Shadow Claw or Earthquake

Its Attack is so much higher than its Special Attack that the latter isn't worth using.
