That's Blinky Bill from the Blinky Bill cartoons. I can admit that the CG of the recent movie did make him too "Pixar-esque" in appearance. This is what the adorable marsupial originally looked like in the cartoons.



Even though he technically dated back to the 1930's as a popular children's book character.



It was a feature length movie. You never seen it before?

I guess it's some character that only existes in Australia.

Actually I remember seeing some bits of the cartoon before (Yes, it was localized here). But I don't think i recall what channel it was on. But that's the main problem with cable back then.

I don't think you fully understand what people on Tumblr are talking about when they say "cisgender are bad." It was never a case of "they're evil and should die" but a lot of issues regarding trans people stem from cisgender people.

You can say that, but at least Pooh is big in the entirety of the West (or internationally). Meanwhile, Blinky is only seen as an icon in Australia.

The movie itself is ok, showing what life would be if Blinky grew up with his own wife. And he's getting a new cartoon later this year (but it's definitely CG since we all know how "overrated" it is as a medium).

It's another great Drama CD, but things get really good at Track 5.

Some of my thoughts on this Drama CD:

Spoiler: Thoughts on the first Conquest Drama CD

Leo is a pretty sweet brother. He wants to fulfill his sister's dream of seeing some shooting stars at a meadow. His plan to carry it out was pretty cool.

Niles and Odin's dialogue together was pretty funny, particularly the part when Niles said, "Translation please."

The tension between Xander and Leo in Track 5 was gold.

Charlotte demonstrates how awesome she is throughout it. Also, props to the Drama CDs for once again giving us some more world building than what the games did (the part about the border patrol soldiers particularly).

Laslow has some really great moments, especially when he talks with Xander in Track 6.

Also, remember that Youtuber who uploaded audios for the first Birthright Drama CD? He has now uploaded all 8 tracks for that CD. If you are interested in reading the transcripts for the second Birthright Drama CD, let me know and I can link them to you.

Nowadays, they'd have to sacrifice good material to keep to a schedule. Quality over quantity at some of it's best, imo.
