Hmmm, so I've been doing some research with Trump and LGBT rights since people are so afraid of him and I've been wondering why people accuse him of that and act like he's going to send out death squads to go out and kill people. Well, after researching, he does support the rights and safety of LGBT members, however, he personally supports traditional marriage, however, the way he wants things to go is for the states for themselves to decide that. It doesn't really have anything to do with spite as much as it has to do religion, and I think churches should have the right to decide whether or not to accept homosexual marriage anyway. Only a small percentage of gay people get married for the sake of the relgious ceramony, most do it to have benefits in order to support themselves and also support children. So if the GOP is so deadset on making gay marriage illegal, then there should at least be an alternative to marriage that's basically the same thing without being attached to religion. Civil union's don't have the same benifits. To quote a lot of people who think like Trump when it comes to marriage just don't call it marriage". Since it offends them so much. It doesn't mean that they despise LGBT as much as they hold there religion so close to them. Though it useless to make it illegal other than "Muh feelz", which is funny because the far left gets critizised by soley centering everything around their own feelings, yet the right tends to think the same thing.

Also, I know I've been defending Trump a lot since yesterday, but it's mostly because I like to provide an alternative void so discussion doesn't become uninformed one sided.

Y'know, I'm actually not a fan of Facebook for a similar-ish reason.
Never felt safe actually speaking my mind because there's people I know offline there. Online Kurri doesn't really mesh well with offline Kurri. But I think that's mainly because I'm not out yet (and don't plan to be out any time soon). Although, then again, Facebook still wouldn't be fun cause the people I know offline aren't fun.

Got the itch to replay Platinum the other day, so I've been doing that the past few days.

Gotta say...damn, this game is slow. I feel like the encounter rate feels a bit higher than it should be, or something? Maybe that's just me.

I can understand not doing it for slightly variant costumes(like Cloud's Advent Children colors), but actual Alt Characters would make great amiibo. That said, it'd probably be best to wait till Smash Switch is revealed, just in case more alts show up. That's a lot of amiibo to make, after all. Not every costume in Mario Maker has an amiibo counterpart either(I.E. Slippy).

That's the point. The game just doesn't feel complete when some characters are missing and we all know how badly the fandom craves characters. And why should the port be more barebones than the ones Splatoon and Mario Kart 8 are getting?

Ahem. Just kidding. So, apparently I got tagged in this ludicrously fast-moving thread? You guys could probably have yanked the required info from one of my other posts. Anyway, I assume this is about the new rumour claiming that the Switch will get a no-frills Smash 3DS/Wii U port within its first six months, so keeping it brief, here's the info I assume you wanted;

1: Bandai-Namco posted a job-listing for a "Smash 6" in April of 2014. Around this same timeframe or shortly afterwards (sorry, I can't remember which it was, now), Masahiro Sakurai made a humourous remark that he saw Smash 3DS as "Smash 4" and Smash Wii U as "Smash 5" due to how much work was involved or something of that nature.

2: Also in that same April in 2014, it was confirmed that the next mainline Mario game was in the works. We saw footage of what is probably this game in the Switch reveal-trailer.

3: It doesn't take three or so years to do a simple port and recompile, especially not with an engine that's already designed to scale like it is. A non-programmer can pretty easily recompile a program to run in a different environment on relatively low-end consumer hardware within a handful of minutes - this sort of thing is why ports of open source software pop up really quickly when a games console gets cracked open. There's no logical reason I'm aware of that it would take a team of around 120 (as the "Smash 6" listing spoke of already having in April 2014) to 200 (the number they were looking to grow their team to) professionals three or more years to do that sort of thing.

EDIT: I should say, I'd fully expect asset re-use and the inclusion of existing content. But that doesn't take three-and-a-half years, to the best of my knowledge.

Nope, this one is of a male Sauron. Though to be honest it's hard to even tell, but I always double check if something is a trap or not. There are female sauron pics though, I noticed that they usually have straight up normal blonde hair while the male pics tend have orange or the same coloring as this avatar
