Mostly because while it's moon counterpart is definitely stronger, It'll likely be Uber

It's speed isn't actually THAT bad. I think I'd probably give it Jolly nature to give it a boost

People are predicting assault vest set. It's one MAJOR flaw is special defense and a OHKO from Air Slash.

IDK the think appeals to me so much, it's just a really cool and unique design for a pokemon

Of course others are getting more attention.

Well I mean there's a good reason they took the line about Pokemon and humans marrying in the distant past out of the western release of the game the info was from.

Although humans seem to be just Pokemon that specialized, anyway. Considering Meowth and Detective Pikachu, they probably started specializing in their own separate language and "human" behavior instead of moves and proceeded to specialize in it so thoroughly that their combat abilities and typing outright disappeared. In their original combat-oriented species they probably had Aura Sphere as part of their movepool.

Although I suppose that doesn't help. . .

*EDIT* Any hybrid is probably factually wrong, since we all know Pokemon only take species after the mother and moves after the father. So either you get a talking Pokemon or a very quiet kid with a special ability.

It'd have to be a Pokemon in the same egg group as the human in the first place though, which. . .still doesn't help much but narrows it down slightly.

Everyone remember Spikey-Eared Pichu? It was the special Pichu that was released in HGSS. Now this particular Pichu back then didn't have its own Box Sprite in the past, which can be seen here:

However, thanks to a sharp eye on Smogon after viewing box sprites of SuMo, he found this:

As you can see- the middle sprite is our very own Gen 7 Spikey-Eared Pichu. Other Box Sprites such as Cosplay Pikachu and Az's Floette were also discovered.

The big thing to note is that the designs of the Box Sprites are different from previous generations. So unless there was a sprite that was missed, it still needs to be noted that it was updated. Does this mean SEP is coming back? Maybe. Right now it just means it happened to be updated and making any form of conclusion regarding its update is both too early and, again, they could of dropped the idea as soon as they brought it up.

At 30'06" it ties Steelix as the 6th tallest Pokémon.
And its weight of 2204.4 lbs ties Primal Groudon as the heaviest Pokémon.

Anyways this is really cool. It just made my team easier to manage. I've come up with a team for my first play through.

The big problem for this team is going to be Ground. A-Raichu, Lycanroc and Turtonator all have this weakness. Fortunantly, both Decidueye and Golisoped have resistances to this type and can follow with a type advantage attack if the enemy in question is Ground itself.

Alolan Golem gets Magnet Pull and what else? I know Galvanize(I think that's the name) is its HA
Though Magnet Pull could be useful in the maingame now since I hear the AI has been improved and trainers switch out Pokemon to avoid KOs

But we still don't know how HAs are obtained in this game, why can't they just make it so that they're obtained like normal abilities?

I seem to be having some kind of problem with my SuMo demo.
You know the girl in the marina who has to go on a boat? about 3-4 days ago, she said she leaves in 3 days. So I check back a couple minutes ago.
She said she still has 3 days to go.
I have not messed with my ds' clock once, aside from recently due to it being an hour ahead for some reason. I have no idea why it's happening, or how.

When I mentioned adding three characters, I didn't mean that's ALL I'd expect. New stages and a mode or two would also be something I think we'd see in an updated port. I was just specifically talking about roster additions.

Somehow, knowing you, I really doubt that's the case but whatever...

I still heavily doubt we'll get anything from the port for the simple reason that Sakurai left at all. There's just no point when the project is technically still incomplete.

Big rock weakness, but whatever...

Rockruff is in place of Lycanroc because I'm still undecided which form I'll use...if both are still available in each version I'll probably go with Midday form since this will likely be my Moon playthrough...

A couple other members may be switched around...perhaps Lurantis cuz having two grass types isn't exactly a good idea, especially with big weaknesses to Fire and Ice
