No, they are notAre all the UB's part bug type? Cause they look like they all would be.
(Don't tell me types just give me a yes or no)
But all the ones I remeber look like bug types. But I guess that's good. No, they are not
They basically look the type they are
The only thing that bothers me about Mudsdale is its signature move.
Is there ANY reason to use High Horsepower over Earthquake? HH just does five less damage and is five percent less accurate. I don't get it...am I missing something?
>Playing doublesis his new move AOE? because if its not then you dont need to worry about damaging an ally i guess.

Apparently that was a mistake on the dataminer's partIsn't Drampa in Sun and Turtonator in Moon?

I'm pretty sure it's really Vulpix for Sun and Snowslash for Moon iircOh wait, it got another thing wrong
Sandshrew and Vulpix are reversed

Not according toI'm pretty sure it's really Vulpix for Sun and Snowslash for Moon iirc
So we still don't know which one is in Sun and which one is in Moon?Apparently that was a mistake on the dataminer's part
Wait so Turtonator's NOT in Moon?Yeah, I feel the same way but then again, all other physical Ground moves were always pretty pointless with Earthquake around
It could at least have some secondary effect, what was even the point of creating it again?
>Playing doubles
Lol
Apparently that was a mistake on the dataminer's part
Some post-game Sun and Moon spoilers for those that are interested
You've been warned
-Lusamine's husband/Lillie's dad discovered the UB dimension. He disappeared during an experiment but left behind Cosmog and some notes on Nihilego.
-Lillie takes Lusamine to Kanto to meet Bill since he has knowledge of people fusing with Pokémon.
-Gladion becomes the Aether president and gives you a different Type: Null.
And now for the big one. This one confirms a certain fan theory.
-Anabel is a "Faller" that was transferred by a UB Wormhole to Alola from Emerald Hoenn. It basically confirms that Mega Evolution timeline theory that was first mentioned in OR/AS.
... Oh.
Talonflame got rekt.
There was a problem fetching the tweet
its not a theory when the game flat out says thats what happened...seriously the world with out mega evolution is litteraly the pre gen 6 games this was less a confirmation of a fan theory and more a shut up and stop denying it to people who refused to belive what was infront of them
You have no idea how much I'm laughing at this.... Oh.
Talonflame got rekt.

I'm not sure tbh, I saw in the NeoGaf thread that it was Vulpix and Turtonator for Sun and Sandslash and Drampa for Moon
Supposedly, it's the aboveSo we still don't know which one is in Sun and which one is in Moon?
LOL, I just realized the purpose of
Alolan Golem
Galvanized Explosion
120 base attack
Does he also get STAB from that?
Stealth Rock is even more deadly to it now lol... Oh.
Talonflame got rekt.

So they leaked all the past trainers that appear in the Battle Tree
The ones we know:
Red and Blue
Wally
Cynthia
The others:
Sina
Dexio
Anabel
Grimsley
Colress
They also leaked the trainer sprites for Anabel and Grimsely. Both have completely new models

I like this design much more than her old one.
Meanwhile, Grimsley's new design....

Wow, looks like we got really unlikely with that gambling habit lately. Poor guy.
So we still don't know which one is in Sun and which one is in Moon?
welp.....if ninetales is in sun.....a friend and I are going to be very mad, and very upset.Regarding the TMs

We've known this for a while but now we know one of them is the new Dark AOE
Has anyone seen those TM numbers in the learnsets of a Pokemon? Because they're supposedly new bht I haven't seen any of them
I'm not sure tbh, I saw in the NeoGaf thread that it was Vulpix and Turtonator for Sun and Sandslash and Drampa for Moon
Supposedly, it's the above
Yeah, the move is treated as if it normally was Electric
Stealth Rock is even more deadly to it now lol
How can it attack if it gets no offensive moves?NONONONONONONONONONO
PYUKUMUKU IS RUINED
IT'S HIGH DEFENCES DON'T HELP INNARDS OUT
AND IT LEARNS ZERO OFFENSIVE MOVES
WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
Source?I'm still trying to catch up with the datamine, but a couple quick thoughts while I have them down:
Also, its Pokedex entry is... interesting to say the least.ot.
There's also one for Burnet
Now this final one is probably story spoilers
Bide and Counter. That's itHow can it attack if it gets no offensive moves?
I'm still trying to catch up with the datamine, but a couple quick thoughts while I have them down:
Both Lycanocs look decent. Midday's movepool could be better and its HA is bleh, but I like that they finally gave us a more dedicated sweeper outside of legendaries since most Rock types don't play to that role, Midnight is a bulkier Rock type, which isn't a good thing for it since Rock types are not built for bulk, but its HA is good since the strongest Rock type moves tend to be more inaccurate.
I like Salandit2's design, but why are they so insistent on giving Pokémon with gender only evolutions low distributions in that gender? It's was pretty annoying with Combee and I was hoping they wouldn't repeat that, though at least Salandit will be easier to find in the wild then splatting trees with honey and hoping you get lucky. Also, its Pokedex entry is... interesting to say the least.
I love Golisopod's stats, though I'm disappointed that they essentially kept Wimp Out on it. The fact that it grows from a wimp to a strong looking bug I felt would've made it dropping the ability make sense for its story, so it not losing it is kind of disappointing.
Kommo-o looks really balanced, which I'm glad to see. Its learnset is a bit odd in areas (really, no Fighting moves?), but it makes up for it with TMs and the like.
After seeing it in the datamine, I love Buzzwole. I love its animations, I love the name, the typing's awesome, and the stats look pretty good. Funny how the mosquito, a bug I don't care for at all, ended up being one of my favorite Pokémon/UBs in the generation. Necrozma is also pretty cool and I like the creepiness of the others.
Also, poor Talonflame got screwed, though I can't say I'm surprised considering how popular it was on Battle Spot.
Edit: Also, I'm hearing that Eviolite got nerfed, is that true?
Wow, Gen 2 got squat. I know Johto is usually treated as an offshoot of Gen 1, but even then I figured they'd at least add Silver in there.
Also, I do have to say there are some odd choices here. Sina and Dexio wouldn't have been my choices for the Battle Tree considering the number of characters that are much more memorable then them, but I'm guessing they got it due to their models existing in the game already. Grimsley and Anabel are also in the same position, though I'm not upset with their additions since I enjoy their characters and I'm happy to see more of them. The rest are good choices, I do wish we got more options then just those nine, but I'm not upset with the ones we got.
Seems so, I'm looking for the original pastebin with location data, but it looks like Drampa/Turtonator and Vulpix/Sandshrew are a little mixed up right now, hopefully they address that soon.
It's the new Wobuffet except it can learn TM status movesNONONONONONONONONONO
