So I've been thinking about Pikipek's Final Evolution, its signature move, and its viability.

Toucannon's signature move is called Beak Blast. Hugely damaging Flying type move that takes a turn to charge, not unlike Sky Attack. However, while these moves are normally pretty bad outside of the story mode, I think this one could be worth it.

If the foe hits it while charging, they get burned. That could be insanely good. It ruins physical sweepers that don't run Guts/Facade. Granted Toucannon could use more speed to use it properly, but in lower tiers I can see it having a niche. Add in Roost, plus Skill Link boosted Bullet Seed and Rock Blast...and I'm excited. Thoughts?

Beak Blast has good potential. I mean, for once, the non-Fly/Dig/Dive 2-turn move does not make the Pokemon entirely defenseless, which I think some other 2-turn moves need. That being said, it would've helped if Toucannon had more Speed, since Beak Blast going first would make the opposing trainer have to risk either not attacking and not getting burned or attacking and potentially getting burned.

Especially if you live in a state like California like I do, so it's pretty pointless to vote for the president here because the huge majority of people always make their minds, unless you were to make a movement about it anyway. Swing states matter a lot though. My GF lives in Michigain and I know who she's voting for.

One thing I noticed on Alolan Sandslash; its stat changes are superior to Regular Sandslash because basically its Sp. Att is the only thing nerfed, which wasn't great to begin with.

Comparison:
Original: 75/100/110/45/55/65
Alolan: 75/100/120/25/65/65

It takes 20 out of Sp.Att, and puts 10 in both defenses. That's a really cool buff.

Oh the downside, Alolan Sandslash becomes Ice/Steel, which gives it two 4x weaknesses of two very common types, Fire and Fighting. However it has pure weather immunity, Poison immunity, and 4x resistance to Ice.

I think that if its caught in Hail, it could easily dispatch Fire-Types with Earthquake and SD Icical Crash can severely dent most Fighting-Tyoes. All thing on the table, I think Alolan Sandslash has a good chance of being a serious threat.

Smash Bros and Animal Crossing are the two Nintendo franchises I already felt like Nintendo's been subtly implying they've been working on for Switch, with the Animal Crossing app announcement saying it would work with console games without specifying anything and the Smash Bros Ballot saying the results might be used for future games.

I mean granted people have brought up the possibility that MEOW coupons are meant to be the smartphone interactivity and will simply have that patched into New Leaf, but then the app's delayed time was also positioned to be during the same month as the Switch's release, so it's possible that a Switch Animal Crossing and New Leaf could both use MEOW coupon interactivity.
