What happens to the Azumarrils that have it?
Nothing and you also can't do anything with it (like breeding) but you probably can't use it in VGC. I mean, stuff like Sing Meowth (from Gale of Darkness) also goes through Bank without any problems.

Aren't these moves Egg Moves? They were in Gen VI

It might still learn them if you breed one
Nope, not in the movepool at all. Aqua Ring, Aqua Tail but no Aqua Jet.

Azumarill can learn splash
That's true, I guess. So it might still have some use.

Good lord....I just saw the new Water/Poison Pokemon with the ability Merciless. The fact that it also has Venoshock makes it flippin' terrifying. Like who cares if it has low attack and Special attack. It's massive bulk alongside the fact that Toxic and Toxic Spikes are so prominent with defense teams, of course this Pokemon will get many chances to deal alot of damage and stick around. And now we also have Salandit/Salazzle with Corrosion that can make it poison even Steel and Poison-types. The new Water/Poison Pokemon definitely has some terrifying potential.

WHY? Why give Electrode a Speed buff? Its already one of the fastest pokemon in the game and the fastest Gen I pokemon....and they make it even faster?

I don't get the new move "First Impression"

It can only be used once and only has 90 attack. No additional effects

It's also bug type which isn't great against a lot of things

Is this supposed to be some kind of awesome move?

FARFETCH'D GETS BUFFED?! 90 attack?! Damn that's good. It won't make it great but it's better than nothing.
...
Oh, but Gengar only gets Cursed Body? Not even Infiltrator? That's even sadder.

Does Fake Out work again if the Pokemon who used it when they first came out get pulled in, than comes out later? Cause Golisopod still has Emergency Exit. If Fake Out can work again after being switched out then switched in later, wouldn't it also work for First Impression?

Yeah it would, but AT LEAST fake out flinches the target and has priority

If I wanted to give him a bug move, he's got Leech Life, which is just 10 BP (15 with STAB I guess, that's still 120 BP) weaker but Absorbs HP

Yes it can if they were switched out then sent back in...

I'm probably sticking with my previous planned team:
Primarina
Baile Oricorio
Mimikyu
Mudsdale

The last two slots are still empty as I'm still unsure on who to use, there's just too many cool Pokemon this gen
Lurantis and Tsareena are two Grass Pokemon I really wanna use but I'll wait the game itself to test them out
I might end up using Yeti Crab because it looks really cool but I also want Turtonator and Palossand this is so hard, why did GF suddenly decide to make a Gen full of cool Pokemon?

I'm still somewhat disappointed Oricorio has such low stats, none of them are above 100 even if I did expect it tobe weak

I'm gonna have to do a Water Monorun afterwards because I really like all of the new ones

Oh hey, so Marill does keep Aqua Jet and Belly Drum as Egg Moves, not Azumarill.

You know, due to how awesome its stats/moves/abilities are...

I think Dhelmise is gonna be the true anchor of my team. :p

Pokemon all over the place, and I'm just worrying about getting to work on time after I vote.

All you Americans out there: do it.

It's your right and obligation as a citizen of the USA.

So I've been thinking about Pikipek's Final Evolution, its signature move, and its viability.
Toucannon's signature move is called Beak Blast. Hugely damaging Flying type move that takes a turn to charge, not unlike Sky Attack. However, while these moves are normally pretty bad outside of the story mode, I think this one could be worth it.

If the foe hits it while charging, they get burned. That could be insanely good. It ruins physical sweepers that don't run Guts/Facade. Granted Toucannon could use more speed to use it properly, but in lower tiers I can see it having a niche. Add in Roost, plus Skill Link boosted Bullet Seed and Rock Blast...and I'm excited. Thoughts?

So I'm still sticking with the "Tough Love" trio, the trio being Incineroar, Lycanroc(Midnight) and Tsareena. I am incredibly conflicted between Ribombee and Mimikyu, so there's a chance I might get both. I'm still getting either a Gengar or Gyarados. I was thinking of getting Drampa, but it seems that it is Sun-exclusive, while I'm getting Moon. Now I need more Pokedex info on Yeti Crab and Salandit Evo.
