Final Fantasy: A lot of choices, but maybe Cain/Cecil or Terra

Honestly, just give me Nintendo vs Capcom. It can play like Smash or the VS Capcom games I'd still play it.

Well, Trump could be a vampire Stand user....his Stand makes an orange layer of skin that protects him from sunlight, and he has a ton of charisma to make people follow him.....

Second character for Third Party series? This heavily goes against my 'rules' for an ideal roster, especially since I hate half the Third Parties we have, but I might as well join in.

- Knuckles (Shame he was never finished in Project M)
- Zero (Would be interesting to see, especially with what all he's able to do in UMvC3)
- Ms. Pac-Man (Adding another Third Party is bad enough. Might as well make it worse with a blatant clone)
- M. Bison (He would be what Ganondorf could be)
- Sephiroth (Bad guy with cool design from series I couldn't care less about)
- Jeanne (The idea of Jeanne getting in makes me sick, but she's the only other important character I know)

and for a bonus...
- Raiden (He's been a prominent character in the series, and he'd be interesting to play)

So looking at Sun and Moon's new pokemon and Alola forms I decided to run down what we got for each typing and give a bit of a rating...this is only based on Pokemon who's typings are confirmed of course cuz we just don't know if we'll get another Solgaleo or Decidueye...
Also I won't list prevos since they are technically the same mons as their evolutions, unless they had different typings as their final forms...I think Dartrix and Decidueye are the only ones that actually change typings as they evolve...

Of course this is based on my opinion...and of course this is assuming that all the pokemon from the datamine are indeed all we're getting and that Game freak isn't hiding anymore from us (I'd like that to be the case but I think WYSIWYG)

For the most common typing in the game and for a region based off of an island, this does seem a little lacking...Pyukumuku likely not getting an evolved form and Bruxish existing...I can't say it's a terrible lineup overall with our Water/Fairy mermaids, and Wimpod, but it definitely could've taken better advantage of the kind of potential that could come with this region...Dolphin? Marlin? Sea Snake? Another beastly Shark pokemon? So much more could've been done...guess it comes down to if wimpod retains the Water typing as it evovles...also it seems a lot of wasted potential by having too many stand alone evolutions Pyukumuku being the biggest disappointment in this regard...

Flying is actually one of my favourite types (behind my top 3) and while the pokemon we got aren't bad per se it's very lacking in quantity....doesn't help that Decidueye lost it's flying typing and while i like Rowlet I'm not a fan of Dartrix's design personally...Now if we can only get that Water/Flying Marlin that I'm looking for...

Honestly I'm really liking our Fighting types, usually I'm rather indifferent to fighting types in general...Kommo-o being the beast that it is, Passimian is an awesome pokemon, Bewear has grown on me, Crabrawler is probably the weakest for me, although I like what it could potentially become being possibly an Ice/Fighting Yeti crab and Wimpod's evo could potentially be a fighting type based on it's design also...

Besides Alola forms the only new pokemon we got is Incineroar, I still love him but, Where are my Dark types?...of the Alola forms I only really like Muk as Faticate and Fatcat aren't doing it for me at all, even though Persian may be pretty decent competitively considering it's abilities...very disappointed with this lineup...Hope at least Marshadow becomes Dark or even Wimpod's evo...If it weren't for Incineroar I'd probably say this is my most disappointing typing in Alola, perhaps it's just my high expectations for my second favourite typing that's saying that though...

Can't be too upset with the dragons in this Gen....apart from Kommo-o they look pretty derpy in their own lovable way...but I have to say I really like these dragons! And due to the nature of Dragons I can't be upset at the quantity since they are supposed to be rare, but of course Dragon's my favourite type and I'm greedy so naturally I still want more dragons...

It's neat that we're having roster discussions again - and I'm pretty sure that come the potential announcement of either a new Smash Bros, the speculation train will be starting up again like it never stopped. And this discussion makes me want to start playing Smash again outside of when my cousin frequents. (and maybe some more Animal Crossing from this update - I might probably even consider getting a new game card and give my previous game to my sister so she can play it over in )Japan)

I'm definitely in the mindset that the newer clones - Dark Pit and Lucina, should get a revision to their moveset so that they're more in line with their source material, but probably not too off course from their inspiration. So something like giving Lucina the ability to change the Parallel Falchion to a javelin - Fitting of the Great Lord class, and the Awakening is a temporary buff; Dark Pit's Neutral to be his Staff, but still the same function as the Palutena's Bow, etc...
